My only complaint is your web reservation system. First place would not give me a price but a error code ( found out talking to them they were closed during my rental period). Second place worked fine, I thought, as I reserved the unit for 24 hour period. When pickinging up I was never informed the contract would end at 12pm (20 hrs) because the rentL place was closing at 12pm. Understand my surprise andconsternation when the text was received that my turn in was at 12pm and I didn't even see it until 12:30pm while I had just arrived at the unload location. I'm very unhappy about that.

We broke down due to a blown tire 3 hours into our trip. After 2 hours, we were then brought the wrong wheel since our original car trailer had a "limited edition" wheel to replace the blown tire. Finally, after an additional 4 1/2 hours of waiting for a new trailer, we were back on the road. The customer service representatives were all helpful and pleasant on the phone but the roadside assistance service was lacking and we were stranded for 6 1/2 hours in 15 degree weather, which was not enjoyable.

Owner or attendant was not at counter and we had to go around back to find him. He was not pleasant. He acted as if he was doing us a favor by helping us. I would never return there even if he was the only U-Haul in town. You can improve the situation by getting rid of the person who helped us.

The tire was 40lbs low so he just put air in it. The next morning I had to call Uhaul to get it fixed because it was low again. It should have been handled before that as it was obvious there was a problem.

Had a reservation. The location did not have any furniture dolly's, which I had reserved also. My card was still charged for them, which the guy did say he would credit me back for. Brought it back, I didn't fill the tank back up and knew i was going to get charged for it but was charged for 7 gallons of fuel for 18.7 miles driven...pretty sure the miles per gallon isn't that bad, even on a U.Haul!!!! I will be contacting customer service.

Trailer was dirty and had not had maintenance. It was full of road grime, and road sand from the previous rental. Tire pressures were not checked. I did all the above after I got the trailer home before loading my vehicle. The staff was more interested in their cell phones/videos/pictures than they were in me, the customer. In addition, the young man behind the counter needs a lesson in proper language (save the profanity for his own time) when in front of customers.

The service actually picking up the equipment was fine, but I called the day before because it was a different location than I had requested. When I asked if there was any way I could get the equipment moved to the location I had requested, the guy just say "no", which just immediately put me off. I did get ahold of corporate UHAUL later that day and the lady I talked to was very nice and explained why the equipment couldn't be moved. I still don't agree with that from a customer service perspective (I think the trucks should be able to be moved, at least to an actual UHAL location), but at least I got a lot more than just a "no".

I did not receive a copy of my contract. The person who attached the trailer said he would email it. He has my correct email and I never received it. Thus, when it was time to return, I had to refer to my truck rental contract. This is unacceptible.

Two issues: 1. Agent was not on site until way after 9 AM, even so pick-up was arranged for 8:00 AM Pick-up. 2. Truck # JH3532A had a cracked windshield, for which I was blamed upon drop-off, even so it was marked as pre-existing damage.

While the office isn’t fancy, the friendly and helpful service was just what I needed after a 1,250 mike drive from Texas! I had forgotten my tow receiver in San Antonio, and the new one from O’Reilly Auto didn’t quite fit - but they were happy to grind down the end of new receiver so that it fit properly, and get me on my way!

They wanted to charge an extra $10 as my driver was there 10 minutes early; yeah, an hour late I could see, but what the hell are they going to do, wait for a 10 minute rental?

The truck had mulitple lights on. Oil light, tool like a wrench light was on, but the scariest was the breaks. When u put your foot on the breaks it squealed and was pretty scary.

This place is a dump. After being given a filthy truck they have the audacity to make an unauthorized cleaning charge of $26 on my credit card. I am informing my card company not to authorize this charge.

Do not have the national call center pretend they are answering for the local U-Haul location. Called both the pick-up and drop-off location via their local number. I asked specific questions and it was never mentioned that I could not pickup my nor drop off my rental at the location dialed. Result, I got to drive around many more miles and wait in traffic for an extra hour. Not appreciated at all!!!!!!!!!! I will try Budget rental next time - hoping they are not using a national call center.

Better customer service. Needed a 2" ball for trailer but they didn't have one on site. Had to go to a parts store to get. Then come back.

Owner failed to notify U-Haul the truck had been returned a day early and as result I have been charged for an extra two days of usage of the vehicle. I will not be paying the extra charges due to a sloppy and inefficient operator of a U-Haul franchised ; location in Sioux Falls, SD on Marion Rd.

Have better customer service for people who call in. I was passed around to five different people and when they said I was going to speak to corporate, they sent me to the main menu. U haul is great I am rating my experience with the pickup you can do via your phone. Needs alot of work.

I have rented several trailers in the last 7 months. I have only been able to pickup at the selected location twice,and one of those times I did not get the equipment I had reserved. Uhaul is not customer service friendly at all.

Well the main issue was with the trailer. The tires had low tire pressure in all tires and the ratchets for the tire straps were rusted stuck. We ended up soaking them in WD40 to free them up and they worked fine. The staff at the location was helpful but the inside was very dirty, dark, and had food and random stuff all over the floor. Had I have sent my significant other in to pick up the trailer she would have felt uncomfortable. Once again good staff that helped me though.
