Richard MI returned the truck the same day that I picked it up. I kept getting reminders that it was time to return. I called U-Haul and received confirmation that it was returned, but I kept getting messages on the app that I needed to return the truck which makes it very stressful and very confusing. I returned the truck using the app and did everything it requested of me.
