Renting the Uhaul for my local move was a pleasant experience with Country Corner in Shippensburg PA. When I entered the store to reserve the truck I was greeted with friendly staff who helped with all my decisions that I needed to be made. The truck was ready for me at pick up time and the size was exactly what was needed to accommodate my apartment move. They even took the time to warm the truck up for me. And truck and blankets were very clean and ready for me to use. The return was just as easy. Nobody looks forward to the actual move, but I would recommend Country Corner who provided me with one less thing to worry about.

great check-in and out. The woman who both checked us in and out was personable and efficient. If I need another rental locally they will be my first choice. The truck was clean and well maintained. No problems.

When I picked up my Uhaul rental, the person showing it to me told me if I damaged the bags and the dolley, I would get charged. He neglected to mention that if I used them I would be charged. I used them and was honest about it. I got charged. Definitely don't recommend this place if you want honest people and service.

It was a quick and easy process to rent the truck. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. They explained the costs upfront so there were no surprises when I brought the truck back.

I did a self drop off on Sunday. I was told I had 48 hours to drop it off without additional charge. However when I followed on line instructions to self drop off truck when I was finished I got a message that I owed $40 for another day. I sent a message to U-Haul that I was told I had 48 hrs to return truck without charge and I never received a reply. I could of returned the vehicle on Saturday if I knew there would be a charge. It just sat in front of the home overnight while we unpacked boxes in the home. We finished using truck around 230 PM. I hope something can be done about this.

I'm not sure what happened, but my dolly wasn't in the car. Had to drive 40 minutes out of my way on our moving day to get one. The real frustration wasn't with the location, though, it was trying to get through to Uhaul customer service to someone who could help resolve it. I was on hold forever, then when I was transferred, the call dropped, and I had to be on hold all over again. Eventually, I suggested a solution to the man on the phone to help resolve the situation quickly. Such unnecessary stress on a stressful day. I do not think I will be using Uhaul again.

The issued truck was 15!plus years old. Good repair....but rattled and shook terrible. This age of vehicle shouldn’t be given for a 600 mile run!!

a pre-ordered should not take more than 10 minutes to pick up, even with a confirmation number I had to answer the same questions I had previously answered online

The truck was great and was just the right size for what we needed. The only issue I have does not concern u-haul. While I was picking up the truck the owner or maybe a manager was screaming at another employee. I thought that was very rude and unnecessary. And should never be done in front of customers.

Easy guide about where things are located. I didn’t know how to adjust the mirrors or where the windshield wipers button was. They went over it quick so if there was a sheet I would of been more comfortable
