Chris HThe people were friendly and helpful but the truck was undesirable. The truck was filthy. The steering wheel was greasy and the cab looked like it was never cleaned. I wiped the steering wheel with a disinfectant wipe and the white wipe turned almost black (like a dark gray color). The steering on the vehicle was loose and it was difficult to brake, especially with a full load. The brakes did not squeal or thump so they probably were not on the critical end of their lifespan.
JULIE ZI payed a 100 dollar deposit and over 200 dollars for two day rental to be returned 36 miles away after about 8 hrs truck returned with more gas and low miles than payed for, and all equipment in same shape as received earlier, asked for my 100 dollars back and was told to do four different things separately. All checked but only fifty dollars of deposit returned, this incident in not over because U Haul owes me 50 dollars
