Have someone actually show all the workings of the vehicle, how to open the back, how to let down the walkway, etc. I felt very abandoned.

William M.Trailer shakes while towing between certain speeds. Trailer has major rust that has been poorly repaired over the years. Several spots are rusted completely through the trailer. I rented this trailer a year ago and it was in poor condition. No changes have been made even though I brought up the same issues with the shop last year when renting. Due to no other trailers available, I was forced to use this trailer both times. Due to the company not having safe trailers, I will never again utilize this location for trailer renting.
