Uhaul wasn’t in system i had to waste almost 40 minutes on phone. Not safe , multiple times had a homeless person approach me while trying to complete check in or check out

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe truck I had reserved before wasn’t there. I couldn’t get the app to work for check in. I had to go sit on the phone with Uhaul for 15 mins. Found out someone didn’t do their job and check the trucks in, so they could be checked out. I was sitting in the parking lot looking looking at 2 trucks that matched my reservation. Uhaul found me a truck in another location so I had to leave and go check in and pick new truck up at a different location. A hour later than reservation. Which I thought meant had to be returned new truck to that pick up location but it wasn’t the case when I arrived and tried checking in truck. So after fighting the traffic with road construction, I had to drive back through it again. To return to the orginal location. Not the best experience this go around. I rent often.
ANGELIA DFelt like a 3rd world country. Random dude running a U-Haul rental out of his pickup truck at an old car wash. No office, no store, just a dude and a cell phone.
Anson SHave some way for a customer to contact an employee or even a sign with where the office is. This property has several businesses and no way to know where to go or what to do. There were no employees or signage to assist. I was dropped off by ride share and had to call U-haul scheduling to figure it out.
Richard MMileage charged to me was GROSSLY inflated because they never checked in the truck before I picked it up.
