Improve the mileage of the truck. I went 53 miles, used $20 worth of gas. Truck was a pig, slowed down to 35 mph climbing hills, empty.

The experience itself was excellent but I had rented a dolly and there was not one on the truck. I had to go to a separate location to pick that up

It took quite a bit to confirm my photo. Almost 20 minutes. If that was quicker it would be nice. I lost almost half an hour off of my rental time due to picking up my truck. I ended up being ~20 minutes late because of that, a woman who wouldn't let us out at kroger gas station, and tons of construction on the interstate but it didn't bill me for an extra day so that's really nice and I appreciate that greatly!

I was sent out with a dirty vehicle and checked it in the way I got it. No one seemed to care that the truck seems to have out lived it self.

Truck I had reserved was unavailable. The pick up location was changed. Dolly and pads I had reserved were unavailable. Truck was not clean.

Poor Clay is a trooper! I probably ruined his Friday night with my phone calls because I could not get the website to work correctly. He was super friendly and had amazing customer service! Will be coming back next time!

The review below was a break down in the 24/7 rental program. Clay and Samantha at Summit Storage Center have always and continue to go above and beyond for customers. The issues with the 24/7 program are being fixed to avoid further issues.

Terrible experience. Allowed me to reserve an appliance dolly that was not available. Huge inconvenience to me as a consumer. Person at location was no help, U Haul transportation was no help. Huge fail on customer service. Would not recommend U Haul 24/7 to anyone and will not do any business with Summit in the future for any reason.
