The man at the front desk told me the gas tank was 7/8 full. After I drove away a mile of two I looked down and the tank was less than 3/4 full. Also there was a dolly in the truck though I did not request one.

Truck I rented recorded approximately .30 MORE miles than actually traveled. If this an insolated incedent it needs to be fixed. If all your trucks this way UHaul is crimminally fraudulent.

I prepaid for my truck and equipment rental online, and they did not include my furniture pads with my truck, so I ended up paying for the $10 of pads unnecessarily :( The location was not familiar with the process of prepaid orders, so I believe it was just a hiccup as neither I nor they were familiar with the process.

very poor customer service clerk. did not seem to know how to use the uhaul system. was rude to me. told me that the system was down and there was nothing he could do. I asked if he could call a phone number and he said nope. I asked how long would i have to wait to retrieve my reservation and he said he didn't know. Finally, i called U haul myself and he refused to talk to the customer service agent on the phone -- it was on speaker! Then, he miraculously fixed it and blamed me for not showing up ontime ( i was 2 hours past the reservation time).. made me feel like an idiot, when it was actually him who couldn't figure it out, and was too embarrased to ask for help.

I have a reservation for a cargo van from Uhaul for the next two months. Unfortunately the cargo van I was scheduled to rent was rented out. This is the second time this has happened even though I have reserved it. Also I was charged $50 more this last week because I had to upgrade to a larger box van. Maybe, go out to truck when you give out the keys and make sure customer knows how to find everything. For example, I never could find the milage, but called in for get help later. All employees were very helpful!

Rented a U Haul van. The mileage was written down incorrectly to result in a $48 dollar overcharge. Nothing the local store could fix. U Haul customer service fixed it within 15 mins. All good now. Stupid me for not taking a picture of the fuel and odometer on checkout.

Our cargo van was not available at the time we reserved it. We were given a larger box van which we were unable to drive. There was a grinding sound coming from the transmission. After 45 minutes our cargo van finally arrived and we were able to use it. I have reserved a van for the next three months and I’m hoping this situation doesn’t happen again

There was a mistake on my bill: the insurance coverage cost was added to my order after I told the clerk that I did not want it. Mistake was acknowledged and I am in the process of getting a refund. My wait time for customer service was 25 minutes! The wait was worth it. Hollis took good care of me.

I was told to bring the van back with a full tank of gas. But when I drove off I noticed that the gas tank was not quite full as if whoever had it before me either didn't fill it or thought it was full enough. So when I brought it back I ended up filling it completely so I wouldn't be charged for it. I told the person checking me back in and thought I might get a credit for gas. She understood what I was saying but didn't give any credit.

You need to invest in decent computers for this office. The guys tried hard but neither computer could even find my prior request that I spent time preparing. He needed to re-enter every thing and that took time.

What I booked was not at that location then when I called uhaul they told me I needed to file a claim. REALY! Then I settled for a different vehicle which cost me more and it was a mess!
