The truck I was scheduled for was not at this location. The agent told and texted me this location but scheduled my truck for a different location. It took 3 hours to get a truck. Gas light was on when i got in. I had to go buy window cleaner because the windows were so filthy I couldn't see in them. The truck had a horrible odor in the cab as well as the back. The driver's side mirror constantly fell forward so I couldn't see traffic to my left. The whole experience in the first 24 hours was HORRIBLE!

DANIEL C.I was given the truck with it on 1/4 tank of gas and returned it with 1/4 tank of gas and was charged $100 for not returning it on Full. When I asked the desk clerk about the fee he said that he doesn't speak English. Very unprofessional!!!!
