Everything was fine but to my surprise I was charged the full day when I returned my truck three hours after the due time. I wouldn’t of minded paying a small fee but they charge me full 24 hours ? I might as well kept it for another day. It would be nice if as a courtesy they could refund me the overage as an act of goodwill

Get more parking spots for customers. The streets r most of the time full on the u haul side and the other side is only 2hr parking. And that ticket patrol is there like clockwork. But thanks to Logan he accommodated very nicely by doing a little shuffling around. Thank u

There were some brown reddish splatter on the roof by the moms attic. Other than that, the truck ran well as expected and the customer service was top notch??????

This location closes at 7 PM at 6:56 PM I was approaching the U-Haul one of the workers the only worker that was outside saw I was about to pull in and started walking very fast towards the entrance of the U-Haul close the doors and turn off the lights not very happy

When I picked up the truck, the mileage and gas meter were not as they were recorded in the system. When I brought this to the attendant's attention, he changed it on my contract and initialed it. but, when I returned the truck, he didn't make the changes in the system. He only gave me a refund of about $7.00, which was not even enough to cover the differences in the mileage cost. I didn't have time to sit there and try to debate it. But, pretty frustrating.

I was very unhappy after making a reservation a month ahead of time. The day before I was to pick the U- Haul truck up they informed me that I would have to go to Pasadena to pick the truck up over 60 miles awa. Which cost me an extreme amount of time. I was very, very dissatisfied with that.

I really hate being accosted by the men who wait outside asking for work. Not this time, but once, while one man came to the driver's side of my car, another one opened my door and started to get in. I screamed at him and he got out. I always go alone and although the inside experience is often good, the outside experience is horrific. I had courtesy and professionalism from the inside and outside staff today.

Truck was seriously old, part of the dash was coming off and the ez load ramp was missing a pull harness, plus it was extremely hard to pull out. Picked up the truck at the location and was told to bring it back by 6:45pm, when I called in to extend it another 24 hours was told that it was to be back at 6:10pm and would need to get it back by 6 pm. The contract stated there was 1/4 of a tank and instead it was barely 1/8 of a tank and had to gas up right after picking up the truck. I have used U Haul on both sides of this great country and this time was truly the worst.

I was directed here instead of my nearby preferred location. There was a long wait, about 20 mins. I was told at the desk that there no parking for customers. There was no available parking on the street within three blocks. I ended up in medical Center parking for $8. No one explained the tow/haul function or how to turn it off/on. Suggestion: provide customer parking

The location and equipment was fine. But the self checkout takes too long. I thought I was avoiding the line by doing a self-checkout but I was wrong. Once I began to self checkout I had to stand in the regular line again to get the key. Which kind of defeats the purpose of self check out.

I ordered 2 Dolly’s and 4 boxes that they loaded and after being a block from my home, I received a call saying “ I forgot to take the boxes even though the other products I ordered were placed in the van for me. They then told me they close in 45 minutes & am I going to come back to pick up the boxes “I forgot” or not because they are leaving at closing time. I was pissed how they but the blame on me and I lost an hour driving back to pick up the boxes on an evening move.
