The mirror on the truck was very loose and it would not stay up at a safe viewing position while driving. Also when I asked about gas pricing penalties for not filling up the tank, the employee did not mention a $30 (plus) service fee if the gas tank was bellow a quarter full when I return the vehicle. This severe lack of communication and apparent inability to pay attention or to simply not care resulted in me having to leave U-haul once again to refill the tank.

The truck door kept getting stuck and I couldn't pull it down and i was charged extra 30$ for them to take out like 3 pieces of paper after I dropped it off as a cleaning fee.

Have a record of damage to the vehicle before the renter takes it out. The vehicle I rented had a lot of minor damage, but I didn't see it when I looked at the van since the vehicles were so closely parked.

Inspect the equipment prior to being rented out. This isn't a knock on the employees at this particular location, as I assume it can happen at all locations. One of the tires on the tow dolly had a giant nail in it. Had it not been my brothers eagle eye, we would've driven off like that. Additionally, the truck was excellent. It was Brand new with 45 miles on it. When I checked it out I was added a mile that wasn't mine, or it maybe turned to the 45 th mile as it was given to me. Nonetheless, nothing is free in this world and in a world of business where nothing is free, .79 cents is a lot of money to GIVE away based on a minor error. I didn't receive anything free on top of the quotes contract price. I seek to keep things fair and not be added an additional mile. No, I'm not a cheapskate and I'm pretty careless with money too. The other thing was the trailer had a right turn signal/stop light out. So two (2) trailers were missing their inspection at this particular location. One had a nail in a tire and the dolly was switched out. But the second one was out a turn signal bulb. Safety would be a question at that point and no doubt a reason to be pulled over by a police officer doing his duty. This is not a knock on the employees at this location. I was treated fairly and in a friendly manner. But I would've been a dissatisfied customer if I would've gotten a flat on a dolly (thank goodness bro caught it before leaving the place) and I would've been crazy upset if I would've gotten a fix it ticket on a rental truck. Big Thanks to you guys tho....I appreciated the service and quick service at that. Keep up the good work on the clean, friendly and convenient location.

Shampoo the seats or something. The whole cab of our rental smelled of urine. It felt like I was sitting in a toilet. Even the AC felt like it was blowing pee air. I could keep going but that was the main thing.

Had a bad experience years ago (many) with a truck that broke down and with an employee that offered no help. Yesterday's experience was the complete opposite... truck was virtually new, check out was very efficient, check in even more so. Store is really clean as well!

The gentleman that processed the initial transaction, needs more training on customer relations. Not friendly at all. And I am referring to all of the 3 guys that were behind the counter. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome. It doesn't hurt to make your customers feel welcome. If it does, maybe this is not the job for them. Btw, I was there both Saturday and Sunday. And both times, same attitude. The guys that assisted me with the van, good customer service. Especially the one that helped me on Sunday when I was picking up. Very personable, joked and smile on his face. Wish I would have got his name. Very nice guy. Work on the guys you have at the counter to make your location a better business.

I have rent several trucks in the past and never had a horrible experience regards billing and charges been place in my account daily and double charges as well. I usually pay initial deposit and final bill is calculated and bill after I drop rental off. But this time my account was pull daily and twice in one day and continue to charged different amounts few days after being drop, causing my account additional fees and overdraft fees. I was getting several calls as early as 6am in the morning asking me if truck was being return later that day after I said no , the day before. Totally inconvenience and annoying. I'm never coming to this location again or will avoid it as much as possible. Totally mad ?? and disappointed

Attitude. I'm the customer. Friendly communication is important. When I returned the van (early) I was told I'd brought it in the wrong entrance. It's the same entrance I drove in and the same entrance I've used in years past. I was told "Didn't you see the stop signs pointed that way?" Well no, if I didn't come in that entrance I wouldn't have seen them, would I? I also pointed out that no one told me at the desk that there was a specific drop off entrance and that's your job, isn't it? I was told "Well that's the way it works." and "You'll know it next time." to which I replied, "Why would there be a next time?" Attitude means everything in customer relations.

I was originally supposed to pick up my uhaul truck at a different location. They lost the key to the truck that we were supposed to rent so after over an hour of waiting for them to look for the key, they finally looked for another location for us to go pick up a different truck. The location we were sent to was in a completely different area, about 20 miles to pick up. The location we were able to pick up in, however, was much more organized with better customer service also.

When I called on Monday July 31, at 4.59 pm, the lady that answers the phone was very rude and impatient. She needs customer service training. A soon as I hung up i was going to take my business elsewhere! But I already made my resv. The service I received at the pick location was better. I really hope you read this and better train you people!

You guys need rivaled sure when a customer Reserve's a rental that you guys grant it and not cancel it. Do to this I ended spending way more money having to drive to a further location. That means more miles and more gas. I had a super bad experience with uhaul in general....

I was charged for a dollie and did not use and because I did not sweep out the truck. The dollie was in the way of packing the truck and may have been knocked, but it was not used. You should give the option of having it there or not because we needed that extra foot of space. The truck did need sweeping, but I really did not even think about that. Perhaps when when someone picks up a truck, it should be suggested to them that they sweep out the truck before returning it because there could be a cleaning fine. I will know this for the future, but I wish I had known it before I returned the truck. .
