We were running behind from having friends not show up to help up move - we contacted the woman on the phone and she said no problem and that the next guest was waiting for our arrival. Upon arrival we got charged for 2 truck rentals because we were late although the conversation we had went otherwise! Quite upsetting. Understandable but stick you one plan. Don't be nice and say everything is fine then double charge us.

They first tried putting me in a truck that had significant damage to the drivers side, undocumented on the website during checkout. I'm not taking that risk at return On top of that, the vehicle had maybe 1/8 th tank of gas. Not only does that not get me where I'm going, their agreement says I have to return the truck with at least 1/4 tank... Wtf??? You guys suck. I insisted on another vehicle, and that went well, but still ..
I had to rent a truck to pick up a bicycle at 5. I planned on being able to return the bike after hours at no cost. I was told that there was a $20 late fee. I read online the late fee was if I left the truck the day AFTER
the had no gas in it when I pick it up
The scan and go check-in system wasn't working, it took about 25 minutes for me to get my equipment. The staff was pleasant, but it was frustrating to take that long.
In and out, smooth operation
Ensure rental vehicle is fully maintained. Mine had oil change light on upon pickup as well as low tire pressure light. I had my mechanic fill tires. Light came back on during my trip back down from Big Bear. I had to fill tire again to get home. Turns out there was a nail in tire that was there when I picked up the van. That was all a bad experience and affected mileage of course. I also think tank should be full on pick up and should be returned full. The service client at location DID discount my final bill due to the tire issue. He provided excellent service. :)
The person at the front counter was very very rude! I ordered everything online so I could save time but he was giving me attitude and jus wanted to argue but I did it all online to avoid this. When I first walked it no one was inside the store for about 5 min.
Your "self check in" feature is not a self check in feature. It's just an app that puts more of the responsibility onto the customer to fill out forms and take pictures. Unless I can actually check in without having to wait in a line, your "Truck Share" feature is not yet as advertised. Also, your people charged me for a lost dolly that they never gave me and now I'm on the phone wasting more of my time trying to fix their mistake. Would not recommend again.

It's important to have adequate tools to move ..in the process UHAUL staff made it easier, not only did they have provide a great truck abut they also provided exceptional customer services. Are family are extremely grateful.
Unclean vehicles. Horrible customer service. Never explained to us the refueling rules, and also never refunded us money for less miles driven. Asst manager is rude and not helpful. Told us we did not have to do anything extra before returning vehicles, and then proceeded to charge us a refueling fee. They did not even leave us enough gas to get to our initial location. Horrible service and unclean vehicles.
Horrible service. Did not explain to us about gas charge or mileage. Charged us an extra refueling fee after telling us we did not have to refuel vehicles and to just drop them off with the key on the seat. Asst. Manager was rude and impolite.

Truck was old - a thousand dints and scratches which took and age to photograph and graph on your app. The Steering on the highway terrible ( massive amount of slack) and quite frankly dangerous as the truck wanders in the lane. Also the Rear brake light and rear turn signal not working. The location is a nice facility and the team friendly but they clearly need to improve the maintenance checks.
Great service, equipment at good prices
The employees in that location were so lazy. They were talking to each other the whole time while customers were waiting. They were making jokes and not caring about their customers. A pregnant women walked in to drop off an item and the employee said we don't recycle those. The other employee asked him why he said that, then he replies â€œ I just wanted her to take it backâ€ very sad. I've been to many locations for Uhaul and this was just too crazy for me. Please do something about that location.
I had to use the app to pick up the truck and it was the worst experience. I tried to take pictures of the van because it had scratches that were not marked. I tried to take pictures of the gas because it was lower then what it said but once again couldnt so I ended up paying for gas I didn't even use. I had to spend over an hr dealing with the app. I really didnt appreciate my time and money being wasted like I hope you guys do something to fix that or accommodate for the stress I went through
Actually scheduled things correctly make sure prices are correct and I don't believe I even got the 20% discount for scheduling a week ahead of time online
Inside truck window'S flame of rubber was not fixed properly. You should fix it also air condition was not in a good function. Service was good but equipment's maintenance.

they could not provide overnight parking for a 24 hour truck rental. they told me to move my car to the street and didn't mention, until asked, that I would certainly be ticketed because the city does not allow street parking over night. they then told me that I could purchase an overnight parking pass but did not offer to pay for it or give me any sort of discount for the inconvenience. I had to rush to complete three tasks to get the truck back in 8 hours but paid had to pay for 24 hours.
Again, excellent customer service. Friendly environment.
