I arrived 30 minutes early to find that there were people already waiting for the place to open. When it did open, there was only one person attending a long line that reached back to the entrance doors. My wait time was 30 minutes. When I did get my reserved truck it was very dirty. I had asked if the truck was supposed to have been washed. They outsude attendent stated that they don't wash the vehicles because there was a drought before and they are conserving so that it wont happen again. OMG, REALLY! I had to go take it for a wash before I had to use it.

I did rent a van , it was too smelly inside and so dirty outside the car, the oil change lamp and tire pressure was on!!

This is probably the worst u haul center in Southern California. The staff obviously do not enjoy there jobs. They had no parking for my vehicle within the lot for customers, the nearest lot was one mile from the store since all the streets parking spots have 2 hour maximums . Highly suggest never using this center.

Couldn't go over 45mph all the way to Montana, and your roadside assistance is awful they told me there is nothing they can do, so I had to drive 45mph all the way in, while I have a trailer swaying behind me because something was brkem on it and they did not want to fix it...

Don't lie about your rates. I was charged over $50 more than what I was quoted on the website. I was told that I had 100 mile allowance and then I get charged huge fees for going 65 miles. What is wrong with you people? Why can't you give a realistic total to start with. Your people at the location just shoved a contract in my face and said that I had to pay, so sorry tough luck. Thanks a lot jerks.

I accidentally put more gas in the Uhaul before returning it than I had to. I think it would be really nice if Uhaul reimbursed customers for any excess gas they return the trucks with. After all, you charge customers if they return the trucks without enough gas--doesn't it seem fair to reimburse us for extra?

The gentleman at the desk was rude, cold, gave no eye contact . He was so busy doing jos "job", he forgot he was dealing with human beings. The gentleman who showed me the truck was adequate. Later when I returned , there was a gentleman who was far more personable. The two gentleman at the counter were adequate. I am reluctant to see the morning person who works at the counter again.

Customer service could use a bit of work. I was not really guided on what to do after I showed up. I walked in and nobody greeted me or anything, I went up to the counter where two guys were talking and they just looked at me and pointed me down the counter a bit to another guy. That guy seemed surprised that I was there. I signed and payed and was told to go outside and park near the trailers where someone would help me. Then the guy called out on the radio that I was coming to get the trailer. I drove out to the trailers and two other male employees were out there doing some cleaning or prepping of a uhaul truck. I parked near the trailers and waited a bit. Nobody came over so I walked to the guys at the truck. They told me I needed to go inside and fill out the contract, after I explained that I already did that it was fine. They helped put the trailer on my car and do the inspection. I brought the trailer back after hours and had no issue putting it where it came from.

Trucks are already filled at below quoted levels. If you're not careful they will always try to charge you for that gas you didn't use. Stop doing that.

We made reservations online. Once we got to the store we weren't greeted. This is our first time renting at uhaul. We were helped as we walked to the cash register. We gave the name that the reservation was under. They were able to find it and we were told the due amount was less than $10 dollars since we did purchase to small items but I wasn't told that $80 was being held on my credit card (which I found out after I returned the car). The employee explained to go out and make a left and someone will help us. We went ahead and did that. We saw an employee to the left who then pointed us to where exactly we should go. It was a little run around before we made it to the car. Overall the experience was unpleasant. The employees weren't friendly nor helpful. It seem as if we were bothering them on the job.
