Employees seemed very unhappy to be working here. Customer service was very poor. This has been my experience twice now, once at the Altadena, CA location, once at the Pasadena. Also, very disorganized pickup process and the app did not work. I had to access the site through a browser and walk back and forth a very long distance between the rental and the office twice, then told I had to walk to another location on the premises to get the keys. It's just extra frustration during an already frustrating time. Especially when I'm taking extra steps to make things easier on the employees and myself by doing things through the app.Aaron F.

This was a horrible location, I can't stress this enough. The workers were NOT professional. At one point the cashier mentioned I should hand over keys to the employee in the "green shirts." I left the keys in the truck and went back to hand them to the employee. I was accosted by one employee saying "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING." Meanwhile I was returning the items early. Another employee was all over the place directing people in different directions and yelling.Kathleen M.

There was a trailer parked with it's connecting arm thingy sticking out in a place where it was real easy to miss and scrape the side of your car on it. Indeed, as I noticed this yesterday the customer coming in after me didn't see the trailer arm and scratched the whole side of her car. It'd be best to park those things more out of the way to prevent issues.Erin S.

Have an additional one or 2 employees behind counter so wait time is not so long. Shauna is a good employee but has too much on her shoulders, not enough trained help. Also it takes too long to get phone answered when I call. But Raymond U-Haul is well stocked, attractive, and everyone seems to have a positive, helpful attitude. Even though I have to wait too ling usually, I like doing business there.PAUL D.
The truck was rough and needed some routine maintenance. Power steering pump making lots of noises, truck kinda jumpy. I thought at first it was because I didn't have a load in but it continued to be rough and jumps even after full. Truck still made it 220 miles so it wasn't a piece of garbage, just defiantly didn't drive like a van.ALEJANDRO S.

Rented from U-Haul many times, Always a pleasure, but the staff at this location seems to have that extra edge, efficient common knowledgeable, friendly, Standout team member is Kim. (Wish I thought to get her last name), At the end of the day, when I was dog tired, she got me processed, out the door, and on my way in record time, and I just can't thank her enough for understanding that, after a long day of moving, a person just wants to get things tied up in a nice neat little bow, and be on their way. The truck drove well, and I was able to complete my work. The problem was on the return. The windshield was cracked, under the whipper blade that wasn't visible until the sun shined on it. I brought it to their attention. I didn't want to be charged for something didn't do, but that's exactly what happened. I asked to speak with the Manager, I was told he left and he wouldn't return until Monday. I was given his business card and was told to contact him. I called the cell number listed on the card, no answer but I left him a message with my contact information. I still haven't heard form the Manager. On this day they attempted to double charge my card, but my bank took care of that. I'm a long time U-Haul customer, but I'm really not happy with this location.KENDALL C.
