Overall the experience was at an average level or just below. The truck was at the location upon my arrival and in relatively good condition. The outside was dirty but the inside was clean. The windshield wipers were basically non existent. Had it been raining or snowing there would have been no way to handle that. Otherwise the vehicle drove well enough. The drop off process was long and drawn out. This was made worse by website errors and bugs.

I was charged another $91.13 by the storage center location not uhaul corporation for unknown services today when I wasn't even there to use equipment or buy any services. Had to call uhaul Corp and they verified charge wasn't them. Called my bank and had to perform a chargeback. I'm on ssi and the extra charges totaled more than $150 for (1/4 of my monthly income) overdraft because I am handicapped and this place is fraudulently charging customers for fake services. Just look at all the reviews.
Party to help me was out tending to some storage units, had to wait about 20 mins to get helped. Upon returning the van, as I dropped the key in the after hours box, I realized that I forgot to put gas into the truck. When I got my final bill, they charged me $83 for a 1/4 tank of gas. I was prepared to be penalized some, however, $83 for 1/4 tank of gas, that is taking advantage of people. This will be the last time I use Uhaul, there are other options out there.
The only issue I had with this location is that they still charged us to fill the tank after the ordeal in the morning of making me switch trucks. She never asked me anything about my move so I was unable to tell her of the situation, so I was just sent a receipt with the additional charge. It would have been nice for them to forgive that seeing as that most of the driving we had to do was from the new truck location to my apartment.
There was some confusion at check-out; on the app there was a picture of a "cut hose" which we couldn't locate, but the clerk reassured us. I had trouble completing check-out on the app and then checking it back in as well.
At the pick up location the man named less told me that I was to have the truck back by noon the next day I received a phone call after 11 AM from the park or location asking me where the truck was that then she said it was due back at 8 AM my question is why didn't she call me at 8 AM if the truck was not back she then proceeded to charge me for an extra day after I was given incorrect information and I have the truck with to her within 30 minutes of her phone call gassed up and ready to go I find it extremely unfair and unprofessional that I was given wrong information and then charge for it

I was quoted 51 and some change, used the truck for 3 hours, filled the tank, was charged 72. Never got a receipt either. Why the 20 dollar difference?

U haul charged me for an extra day when in fact I brought truck back a day early. Associate didn't know why so had to call corporate and was on hold at least 20 mins. And got cut off and called back again and was on hold. But got a hold of Teresa who was most helpful.
The woman working inside was not very helpful. And it was very hard to return after hours.
Reserved truck to be picked up at 11am for a four hour rental when we arrived the truck wasn't available and we were told we couldn't pick up until 3pm . The site manager called about 1245 and said if we wanted there had been an earlier return if we came over we. Ould have it for the same price . We picked up a truck little after 1pm with 3/8 of a tank of gas and two 4 wheel dollies. We returned the truck at 5pm with a 1/2 tank of gas and cleaned. We put less than 40 miles on the truck and put bot dollies In the cab and dropped the keys in the overnight key box after checking in o. The mobile application. When we received the final charges to day In an email we were double charged for the dolly rentals...truly a poor experience in customer service.
I was billed for a utility dolly that I did not order nor was it in the truck. I was billed for moving blankets that I never used and the seal of blanket bag in the truck was intact when I returned it. I was billed for 63 miles on the truck but I did all the calculations and the maximum amount of miles I put on that truck was 49 miles. I returned the truck 1 day early during business hours and was still billed for 3 days. The employee at the location never completed a walk around of the truck with me at the return time, nor did they verify the miles or the equipment with me. Lastly, I did not receive a military discount for this transaction as well. This is unacceptable and very disappointing experience, especially when I consider U-Haul to be the nation's #1 moving truck rental business. I would like the stated issues above resolved and credited to my credit card please. Thank you for your help and for your time.

I was really disappointed when i got on the freeway (only about 5 miles from pick up) the gas light turned on! I didn't think to check the gas gage as I've used uhaul before and never had an issue but I'll definitely be double checking next time. Sucks it can't be trusted!

I received the truck a quarter pf a tank full and I returned it at a quarter of a tank full. I was charged $45.00 for fuel! This is unacceptable and doubled my bill.
