U haul charged me for an extra day when in fact I brought truck back a day early. Associate didn't know why so had to call corporate and was on hold at least 20 mins. And got cut off and called back again and was on hold. But got a hold of Teresa who was most helpful.

Reserved truck to be picked up at 11am for a four hour rental when we arrived the truck wasn't available and we were told we couldn't pick up until 3pm . The site manager called about 1245 and said if we wanted there had been an earlier return if we came over we. Ould have it for the same price . We picked up a truck little after 1pm with 3/8 of a tank of gas and two 4 wheel dollies. We returned the truck at 5pm with a 1/2 tank of gas and cleaned. We put less than 40 miles on the truck and put bot dollies In the cab and dropped the keys in the overnight key box after checking in o. The mobile application. When we received the final charges to day In an email we were double charged for the dolly rentals...truly a poor experience in customer service.

I was billed for a utility dolly that I did not order nor was it in the truck. I was billed for moving blankets that I never used and the seal of blanket bag in the truck was intact when I returned it. I was billed for 63 miles on the truck but I did all the calculations and the maximum amount of miles I put on that truck was 49 miles. I returned the truck 1 day early during business hours and was still billed for 3 days. The employee at the location never completed a walk around of the truck with me at the return time, nor did they verify the miles or the equipment with me. Lastly, I did not receive a military discount for this transaction as well. This is unacceptable and very disappointing experience, especially when I consider U-Haul to be the nation's #1 moving truck rental business. I would like the stated issues above resolved and credited to my credit card please. Thank you for your help and for your time.

I was really disappointed when i got on the freeway (only about 5 miles from pick up) the gas light turned on! I didn't think to check the gas gage as I've used uhaul before and never had an issue but I'll definitely be double checking next time. Sucks it can't be trusted!

Did an online check in yet it still took 30 minutes to get the truck and the contract, I was told would dated and timed for the time I left, which was 3:10. My contract stated 2:00 pick up and it was 3:10pm.

An absolute joke to drive 78 miles to pick up a truck I reserved 3 weeks prior to the date I needed one. Cost me 4 hours out of my moving day, money for fuel not needed to spend and more mileage than needed. The pick up place was fine but the overall logistics and tracking of your trucks is absolutely terrible. I will pay the extra money to use an outfit that can better serve my needs next time I move. Uhaul lost my business for good.

I usually have a good experience at that location. This time I reserved a truck of 8 hours (until 4pm) staring at 8am. I was late picking up truck at 1045 and my truck reservation was cancelled because they wanted it ready for 430 pick up. If they would have called me before they cancelled my reservation first, we could have made arrangements. Luckily they let me have the truck, but it shouldn't have happened that way.

The U-Haul experience is normally great. The staff at this location was great as was the vehicle. However, the pickup area for getting the truck is a storage facility and also adjacent to a tree and plant nursery. Parking was inadequate. Apache Drive was lined with cars when I had to pickup the truck and there was no place to park. Had to park significantly farther away and then walk. Drop off was easier as the nursery was closed and as well as the storage facility, thus no cars lining Apache Drive. Other than parking, great experience with staff and truck.

The uhaul app is awful and didn't work. I was supposed to pick up the rental before the office opened, but the app never worked and I had to wait until someone opened up the place. Complete waste of time. Thank goodness the office personnel was there. He also said everyone hates the app.

The guy running the place told me I could check it out with him if I got the truck back by 3:30. I had it back a little after three and pulled it in front of the gate because I assumed he needed to take it inside. He came out at yelled at me that I couldn't park it there (I can read so I already knew this). I told him what I was doing and he said he was closed and I would have to check out online. Other than that it would have been a perfectly fine experience.

We ordered moving blankets. They didn't have any. The local agent said there was nothing he could do about it and offered a number to call UHaul directly. The truck was in bad condition and unsafe. We drove very slowly to get the job done. The steering column was very loose. The brakes were not good at all and you could smell oil burning. That truck needs to be taken out of service immediately and serviced. When we turned it in we advised the agent and he did not care as he"just takes them in and sends them out"

Had earlier experience with Uhaul female customer service over he phone that was horrible. She insisted a prior location had a 20' truck and they did not—-I was there. Need to work on the phone reps.

The location is fine. We had a terrible experience with the 24/7 pick up. We were an hour late than our estimated pick up time. When we arrived and logged in, our account said we had no reservations. It took us close to an hour of trying to figure out what happened. We eventually got ahold of someone online who said because we were not there at the set time, our reservation was cancelled. Due to the 1 hour delay in getting the truck, we then missed the return time and were charged an extra day. We are very disappointed in the experience and will not be using the 24/7 feature again. There was no notification online that the pick up time was strict and not being there would result in a cancelled reservation. We had to speak to multiple people in this process, and everyone gave a different story and said'i don't know why that last person told you that, they don't know what they are talking about'. It seems no one understood your own process.

Please fix the agent interface, picking up my truck was delay 20 minutes due to “overloaded servers.” It's 2019, either you have garbage servers, or the agent was full of crap, either is a problem.

The good, Christopher Caulfield was great, very friendly and helpful! The bad, You should refund the u-haul insurance charge if it is not used. I spent an extra $14 on absolutely nothing (I drove the truck for 1.5 hours and less than 20 miles.) Insurance by its very nature is a rip off. It only makes you as a company look bad when you charge for an insurance waiver just in case something happens and then you keep the money when nothing does happen. By thr way, that's a great scam you have going, scaring people into buying the coverage by saying that a windshield costs $1200?! In what world is that a legit cost?? I'm not sure how you justify keeping that money if the rental is returned in perfect condition but that policy alone is why I will not use u- haul for anything in the future.

I should not have had to pay for 2 days of insurance since I returned the vehicle in less than 24 hours. The windshield washer sprayer did not work on the vehicle and no windshield washer fluid was in it. Windshield was dirty.

The guy we rented from was really stand-off-ish at first. I felt unwelcome and tried to turn the bus around by engaging in friendly conversation. It was awkward for him (it seemed). I had to ask all of the questions, he did very little to make sure we were getting what we NEEDED. It started off with me (after we had been packing our house for days so I was so tired) opening the door and him just looking at me - I said Hello first. Then I said, "I'm here to pick up my trailer." His response, "Well we don't have any trailers." Totally annoyed. There was NO ONE ELSE to take his time up. This is how the experience began. He was able to convince my husband that the $14 fee for the insurance was worth it by telling us a horror story. I recommend you go online, rent the van, go to the place when this guy is on and see for yourself. ALSO, I rented at 5pm and the paperwork said I had to return it by 4pm. Since I knew we had to do so much the following day I COUNTED ON that 24 hour period. Heck, the penalties were so huge and I was paying $200 for your van. It was really like this guy knew he'd never see me again...and treated me like a mosquito at a picnic.
