The scanner for the back of license did not work, resulting in a delay. Also there was no number on the front left side of the drivers side indicating which vehicle was mine, creating a lot of confusion.

The facilities hours were until 2pm. My pickup time was 1:45pm. I arrived at 1:50 and could not get your app to work. The lady said she was leaving and to use the app, and was frustrated when I could not get it to work. She could not get it to work either and said she would have to check me in manually. She then told me that in the future I should just call you if the app didn't work (I guess she was put ot to have to actually stay until 2pm.) I had declined the $15 coverage, but she added it when she checked me in without telling me she did so. Also, I requested a furniture dolly. When I opened the cab and saw a dolly I just closed it again; it wasn't until I got to my apartment that I found she had put an appliance dolly in the cab, instead. I couldn't use that dolly and had to go to my work to grab a dolly from there. So, I paid $7 for a dolly I couldn't use and $15 for insurance I did not want. I won't be going back to this place again.

First and last time I will ever use U-Haul services again. Spent 45 minutes on the phone dealing with 3 different people which could not solve the issue as to why i showed up to get my rental and the truck wasn’t there. i was directed to another location 10 minutes away after all of that which put me over an hour late while movers waited at my house which cost me an additional $130. Then I had to spend 35 minutes dropping off the rental because the system was still showing i needed to return it to the original location that didn’t have the U-haul in the first place. Overall, an extremely frustrating experience from beginning to end, on top of losing money as well as being 2 hours late to work due to U-haul issues. I was told a manager would reach out to me about this and never heard from anyone. It’s ridiculous to be charged full price after I wasted half my time that I should’ve been moving, but instead figuring out how to get a truck

Honestly, I dont know where to begin. This location was fine and the staff was very helpful but UHAUL really screwed me over. They moved my pick up location on the day I was to pick up my truck to a place that was 45 minutes away. I rescheduled with the movers that would help me load and unload, took a Lyft to the location that was $70, arrived late because the Lyft driver was slow and found that they had cancelled my reservation in the meantime. I could not call the location to say I would be late because it was closed, I don't know how a closed location cancelled my reservation. I was in the middle of nowhere, no staff at the location, and called in to find out what was going on. They told me I needed to make a new reservation at a new location 25 minutes away. I rescheduled the movers again, took another $70 Lyft over, and rented at this location. It cost me $140 to get this UHAUL because of all these shenanigans. The kicker is that the second location was actually closer to my original starting point than the first one. All in all it was a terrible experience and the staff members I talked to on the phone were unhelpful and, at times, hostile. I do not recommend renting with UHAUL but I don't want to malign the actual on location staff here which is why this review is five stars.

Be more customer focused. We did not realize that the entire renting process would be on our phone. When we realized we had to do this, we were at the rental location standing at the counter. We were struggling and then there was an internal computer error on the UHaul computer side and the attendant did nothing to help. She watched us struggle and told us she could not see the transaction from her computer. We finally got to the end of the process and could not hit the final button because the system froze. Out of exasperation I asked if she could help and she said, "Oh yeah I see it here you are good now". It seems she could see something on her side after all. We just wanted some help with the process and it was very frustrating that she let us struggle. I might add that, we were the only customers in the room and the phone did not ring for her.

The U-Haul location provided excellent service. I was able to get the truck that I needed. I was one hour late. I didn’t know it but they still allow me to keep my reservation. There’s nothing more that I can think of to help improve the service that I received. It would’ve been nice to receive any kind of military discount.

There is so much to love about this location, but the last two times I rented it, I get it with the tank almost on empty. I put gas in so I don’t run out of gas but typically overfill so I’m buying gas for the next person. It’s not easy to guess exactly how much I’ll use. Better safe than sorry. But not fair to customer. Last time they charged me for not filling it but it had more in it then when I picked it up. They refunded $12.50 after I called. But I put over $20 in it. The cab while it looked clean reaked if what smelled like dog poop. We had to drive with windows down. I really like the people here but I still have to be honest about these things.

Appliance dolley wasn’t there When we were returning the truck there was absolutely no where to park. We wasted over an hour trying to figure out where to park the truck /on the phone with U-Haul. Horrible experience. Do not rent at this location. Ps we ended up parking the car in a handicap spot by the office of the storage unit… the truck was protruding out which stresses us out but again, we had no other option.

The app would not load so I could not properly check my truck back in. I finally had to go ask someone inside for help which was the first time any part of the truck check-in/out process went smoothly. While the facility itself was nice, the hassle of dealing with the app not loading and spending over 1 hour on the check in/out process is enough I will be considering other truck companies in the future.

Get your I.T. people up to speed. Your app sucks, wasted 45 minutes with glitches in the mobile phone pickup circus. Also I rented a furniture dolly and an appliance dolly. I received a utility dolly and furniture blankets…that stuff shouldn’t be rocket surgery…

The cargo van that I rented wasn’t clean in the inside, it was cleaned I. The outside only. The Cube Storage location where I picked up this vehicle works limited hours, just 10am to 4pm from M-F and few hours in the weekend. I picked this cargo van on a Monday at 10am but I wished I could have picked it up at least and 8am and could return it by 6pm. The U-Haul rates are very competitive compare to other similar businesses

It started when I got to the truck and there was no dolly. I went in to let the guy behind the desk know and he said I don’t have any, I have to wait for a shipment. I am a single mom with teenagers helping me move. You can imagine the importance of the dolly. When I dropped the truck back off the truck that was there when I left had a dolly in it as the back was not a bit. Then my truck was filthy. The steering wheel was sticky. Crumbs all over the floor and seats, and the cup holder has bit of food in them. Very disappointing experience.

LOVE this location and the great people who work there! Brandon, Tucker, and Choicey are always very personable and professional. The place is always VERY clean, as are the rentals. I have several locations to choose from. All are within a few miles, but since I found this location this is my home base. My only comment is the lack of parking for clients- whoever lives above the office yells out her window when you park in front of what must be her garage. There are only 4 spots, one is handicapped, and apparently one is hers. I explained to her I would only take a few minutes. Maybe she needs a less convenient spot for her, giving clients a place to park without being reprimanded. Otherwise, no complaints! This is my go-to location!

Your corporate process of changing pick up locations is problematic (this is a constant concern). The location referenced was our original location, but then was changed to a location that was actually closed, then a third location, also not successful, and then eventually back to the original location. Why not just leave it at the original location?

This dealer was very helpful. ====== This ******* app would not allow a photo to be taken, so the app would not allow the pick up or drop off work wasting time My father was a dealer back in the 70's. As a child I cleaned trucks for him. In the years since I have rented 10 to 12 u hauls. With the last two rentals I will not likley rent again.

Deserve some kind of compensation for the Ill way this rental was handled along with 3 others rentals were handled! Nobody in the shop, doors locked with a note on the door. Waited over an hr. Had to do everything online and every single lockbox was empty of the keys.

My truck did not come with the hand truck and the moving blankets I requested. Fortunately the location was open when I picked up my truck and they had those items in stock. The most frustrating part was dealing with the online check-in, which was a miserable experience. I am a 20 year software developer and have been using computers nearly all my life so I know how websites, computers, and apps work. UHaul's app is horrid to use. It took me 45 minutes to pick up the vehicle because of the poor app design and problematic interface.

I set up for pick-up via mobile app as I have several times before. However this particular time I was unable to get the app to work so I went into office to get assistance. I was helped and did get my truck, however had they added the extra coverage fees to the account despite me declining. When I returned the truck through the mobile app it showed the charges and I requested to be contacted to report. I was never contacted, just charged and moved on. I understand $14 will not break me or UHaul but the service certainly left a bad taste in my mouth.

A service warning light came on not long into my 700 mile drive. I felt very unsafe and insecur with the truck shaking and not having 100% steering control. Why would they give me a truck that required service? Told the drop off location, and nothing became of it. The customer service at pick up was ok, the truck was not. Also, when I started it, it was very loud and didn't sound right. This is definitely something that should have been acknowledged by someone prior to renting out. Unless equipment is in such demand, safety is not a high concern for uhaul?

Battery of the truck was nearly dead, it had enough charge to start the truck but when I got it to the load up site and shut it down, there was not enough charge to start it. I had to jump the truck, called a friend to come over. Also, the truck has less than a quarter tank of fuel when I picked it up, very inconvenient.
