I reserved a truck for 4:00 on Saturday. I downloaded the UHaul app to be ready for pick up. Using the app I had a very difficult time moving through, as it continued to freeze. I have a Samsung S10E, and four bars of service when I was trying to use the app. I finally went inside when I realized it would not be "super quick" to use the app and get the truck I reserved. It took over half an hour to get the problems sorted. The computer that was being used to check me through was freezing up. It was a bit inconvenient since the truck was still due back at the same time, despite taking so long to be able to rent and leave. That being said: the truck was clean. There were no issues driving it. The customer service I experienced was positive. I would still use UHaul again, but would give myself extra time to check out.

Paperwork seemed a little clumsy. Price went up from my quote (135 to 159), but the final when I returned the trailer was 139. Not sure why but it worked OK.

Nothing manager was fast, friendly, and took care of customers fast they should just close the ohio street one in oshkosh cause it sucks but the one on koeller street seems alot better

Tires were bald on our trailer set to go over a1000 mile trip. Madelyn was wonderful at solving problem to replace tires. She deserves a raise! Uhaul should be taking better care of trailers and not put burden on their employees to solve these problems on the spur of moment

The trailers chain hooks are impossibly narrow and could not hook on my truck. The employee told me I'd need to go to a nearby Lowe's and buy some connectors. She said she sends customers 2-3 times a week to Lowe's for the same thing. I am appalled the location makes their lack of necessary components the customers problem. Further the fact that this is a known issue is pathetic. Also, the employee tried to explain a return process that is inconvenient for the customer but convenient for the employees to fill up tires. WHAT? This location is very poor and the customer experience is horrendous. I will not be returning or recommending.

Brittany is an awesome employee for UHaul. Our closing fell through 5 hours before it was scheduled and I needed multiple trucks and storage units. Everything was scheduled promptly and the storage units are right next to each other. A horrible day was made a bit brighter because of Brittany’s prompt customer service. She is an asset to to team. Most of my experiences with this Uhaul location have been excellent. The only complaints I would have about this one would be that I declined the insurance by selecting, "Immediately reimburse Uhaul for..." but the coverage was added for both days anyway. Luckily the manager was able to refund the charges.

The mobile app was horrible & annoying. It asks too many questions. I think the fact that you charge $20 for a human being to check the truck is awful too.... You're taking away jobs by doing so. It wasn't user friendly & after a long day of moving it was just frustrating.

After receiving my bill for a two day rental open trailer, I was billed for an additional $26.50. The extra charge was not brought up when I received my bill ($52.50) but was deducted from my bank account within that hour. The trailer was brought back in time to ensure that it would be a two day rental and not a three day. The charge of $26.50 is supposedly be reimbursed within 3-5 days. This is an unethical way to do business and I will never again recommend U-haul to anybody again. I am totally dissatisfied with your company and will never do business with you again.

I am not sure of their inspection policy on trailers, but I think they may not even have one. The leaf springs were missing on one side of a dual axle trailer. I took the trailer about 70 miles and according to the independent service provider, he was very surprised the axle did not fall off and tip over along with my pick up truck that was pulling it. Perhaps u-haul trucks and trailers should be required to have D.O.T. inspections.

When hooking up equipment for customers, it should be double checked. Because the trailer that was hooked up for me came apart from my truck causing damage to both my vehicles. Luckily it didn't come apart while traveling to my destination, because some other person couldve got killed.
