I love the secured locker storage solution for my recent move. The staff was very helpful and answeried all my questions. I liked pulling into the garage it keeps you out of the weather and is convenient. One complaint I have is the garage door. Alarm is extremely piercing to the ears, it is what’s up very distracting. Overall, it was a great experience. At times garage door number two did not open for me and I had to call to have an employee manually open.

I was given a business card by the man who took me through the place and who also set up my account so I know his name is Ken Knoblock. He answered all my questions and made the entire transaction positive and seamless. He even went ABSOLUTELY above and beyond and came back to the location after business hours to help me get in when I wasn’t entering my information/card correctly. The facility was clean and bright and I loved how there was music playing. The bathroom was spotless too! People do notice these things and Uhaul can be proud to know how well managed the Koeller St. - Oshkosh location is!!
