The attendant was amazed that I drove with my pickup truck loaded on the auto transport, she said it was absolutely not rated for my truck and should never have left Missouri. The rental picker online said that it was compatible and the U-Haul rep in Rolla that gave me the trailer and helped me load my truck didn’t have any problem, so I don’t know. Besides that, the staff was delightful, professional, and extremely helpful.

I don’t like the fact the truck wasn’t full of gas. Having to fuel up twice was a pain and then trying to fill to some mid point in the tank wasn’t easy. If you’d fill them then the customer would only have to stop once and fill it back up.

Our moving event went smoothly. The truck was very clean and with a bit of practice easy to drive. The three associates in the store were all helpful and pleasant. We needed to change our original reservation date and they did that cheerfully. The young man showed us how to open the back gate and ramp. He offered good advice. On the return trip the "check engine" light came on. We called the customer assistance number and that lady was also very helpful and reassuring. It did not affect the return, thankfully. We had never done a truck rental before and we were happy with how it all turned out.

I didn't have a reservation. I walked in and Olivia asked if she could help me and when I asked about renting a trailer she got right to work and in less than 15 minutes I drove out with the trailer. I returned it several hours later and Olivia was still there to check me in which took only a few minutes. Great customer service!!!

I am not happy about this situation here either! The young man that had assisted me setting up the move, setting me up with storage on Sunday, Nov 10, 2019... HE ROCKS!!! He could be a U-Haul spokes person. After we unloaded into the U-Haul Storage Facility, I left the truck, ON SUNDAY, under the awning. Monday morning I had made arrangement with your national customer service line to keep the trailer until Tuesday, Nov 11, 2019 because the contents were going to another locations. Was I ever surprised when I received an ADDITIONAL PAID INVOICE FOR $95.30. I turned the van in on Sunday, Nov 10.... THEN they charged me for fuel! I looked into the little portfolio that the young man gave to me in Russell MN and THIS WAS NOT MY INVOICE... I filled the tank up to half....(which was the level when I got into it according to the dash gauge) in Red Granite WI... I have sent an email to Oshkosh, who had sent the email reference U-Haul Contract 80750727 ... and no response to the date. I CAN understand the additional day fee for the trailer.... but the rest of it... how can this even be correct??? PLEASE RESPOND BACK AS IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. 26’ truck was clean and ready to go. Easy check in and check out upon returning equipment. Staff very courteous and filled all needs. Great facility manager. Have worked with her before at another facility and would recommend for equipment and storage needs. The Best!!!

At drop off I waited over 20 minutes before I even saw anyone around. The employee was by herself I believe. There was no way to know however, that they were there beside the doors being unlocked. An acknowledgement that someone knows you are there or that they are away assisting someone else would be nice. If I were there to rent something I would have left

make better availability for one way rentals. we could have saved nearly $100 if we could have picked up in Breed and returned to Oshkosh but two days before scheduled pick up we were told we would have to travel to Sturgeon Bay to pick up the truck which would have been rediculose. The folks at the Oshkosh store were more than helpful in arranging for a round trip from the Koeller store. Was worth the extra $$$.

The return website was setup poorly for first time use, by the time I got done changing phone setting, having to start over when getting kicked out when trying to access my photos to attach to show clean. The website did a poor job of explaining that you take pictures right from the website. It took me almost 30 minutes to finish the process. This could have been greatly reduced with some general instructions

I reserved a truck for 4:00 on Saturday. I downloaded the UHaul app to be ready for pick up. Using the app I had a very difficult time moving through, as it continued to freeze. I have a Samsung S10E, and four bars of service when I was trying to use the app. I finally went inside when I realized it would not be "super quick" to use the app and get the truck I reserved. It took over half an hour to get the problems sorted. The computer that was being used to check me through was freezing up. It was a bit inconvenient since the truck was still due back at the same time, despite taking so long to be able to rent and leave. That being said: the truck was clean. There were no issues driving it. The customer service I experienced was positive. I would still use UHaul again, but would give myself extra time to check out.

Paperwork seemed a little clumsy. Price went up from my quote (135 to 159), but the final when I returned the trailer was 139. Not sure why but it worked OK.

Tires were bald on our trailer set to go over a1000 mile trip. Madelyn was wonderful at solving problem to replace tires. She deserves a raise! Uhaul should be taking better care of trailers and not put burden on their employees to solve these problems on the spur of moment

The trailers chain hooks are impossibly narrow and could not hook on my truck. The employee told me I'd need to go to a nearby Lowe's and buy some connectors. She said she sends customers 2-3 times a week to Lowe's for the same thing. I am appalled the location makes their lack of necessary components the customers problem. Further the fact that this is a known issue is pathetic. Also, the employee tried to explain a return process that is inconvenient for the customer but convenient for the employees to fill up tires. WHAT? This location is very poor and the customer experience is horrendous. I will not be returning or recommending.

Brittany is an awesome employee for UHaul. Our closing fell through 5 hours before it was scheduled and I needed multiple trucks and storage units. Everything was scheduled promptly and the storage units are right next to each other. A horrible day was made a bit brighter because of Brittany’s prompt customer service. She is an asset to to team. Most of my experiences with this Uhaul location have been excellent. The only complaints I would have about this one would be that I declined the insurance by selecting, "Immediately reimburse Uhaul for..." but the coverage was added for both days anyway. Luckily the manager was able to refund the charges.

The mobile app was horrible & annoying. It asks too many questions. I think the fact that you charge $20 for a human being to check the truck is awful too.... You're taking away jobs by doing so. It wasn't user friendly & after a long day of moving it was just frustrating.
