The truck was great, perfect for my needs, seemed to be in good repair so that it functioned well. The uHaul app ultimately functioned okay, but it did require a lot of repeated loading of data and photos. It took loading pics of my license three times, and my address and phone were also asked for three times. It seemed there was no point in preregistration: everything had to be detailed again at the time of picking up the vehicle. It took easily as much time as if it was all done by the attendant.

Truck has not been cleaned, and had a broken mirror. Attendant explained this to me, but had no other truck to offer that was in better shape.
Jeff HVery unhappy with Uhaul switching my dropoff location because of too many trucks. I had picked that location because that was where I was renting a storage unit. So having to go to two different places was extremely inconvenient. Very very bad customer service
SHAWN FThere’s no parking. The check in process needs to be better. The website was real picky about the image of my driver’s license. I retook the picture 5 times and wasn’t told what was going on, other than to take the picture again. I had to talk to the front desk staff inside the building about what was going on. Everything was smooth sailing after that.
Kyle KU haul kept changing place of drop off and it was very hard to find with just an address and no name. The lady there had no idea why I was dropping it off there.
