The vehicle was in clean and in very good working condition. The person who made the arrangements was not a good customer service person. Unpleasant encounter with him.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe issue on this wasn't due to the location at all. UHaul corporate was the problem because they allowed faulty equipment to be used, and their SafeMove insurance does NOT cover water damage so in the event the truck is damaged and water leaks in and wrecks your cargo, you're stuck. With that bill.
Jason CBe patient. He’s running two business by himself but he’ll give all the attention you need when he can
Andrew IFirst the headlight on verge of going out, barely lit, these trucks should be maintained. We dropped back truck 1 hour before scheduled time, then was notified 2 days later truck overdue, found out place we dropped off at was closed for 2 weeks so nobody checked the truck back in. Was finally resolved a week later.
William BThe vehicle was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. There were several maintenance issues such as low tire pressure and a break light out. Pick up and drop off were pretty convenient and the office person was friendly.
