U-Haul was filthy, beat up, and given to us with a half-dollar sized hole in the sidewall and rusty, damaged rim on the rear passenger outer tire. Roadside assistance was helpful in getting us a new tire but delayed our movers.

Claude WThe pick up location was changed one hour before pickup. They were nice at TIm's Auto but they were not expecting us and did not have the supplies that we requested. Not their fault as the location was changed at the last minute.
Roy LI ordered a uhaul from the lehighton location but was told they didn't have a truck for me and was told to go to northampton to pick one up which is half an hour away one way, instead of one closer to either location I was moving. So in the end I paid at least $50 more due to the mileage driving it further than the original. I am a bit disappointed in this and will be using a different service next time.

Denise PProbably the worst experience i have ever had with anyone in any industry. From the uhaul sales to customer service to picking it up at Tim's, they also wanted to screw us and take our money. They give us a "good deal" but when we went back to pay for it its double the price and then had the audacity to charge us fees after the fact. Not to mention that they told us that our original uhaul's AC broke less than 24 hours before we were supposed to pick it up.

STEPHEN BMy online order I listed a furniture dolly and when I went to pickup the truck Tim informed me that he doesn't have any and never did have them in stock. Which really didn't concern me either way. I only mention this because I can see certain personalities creating a negative dramatic scene over a situation like this. For every individual U-haul site/business, the website should notify the customer at time of submitting the order that supplies ordered are not a stocked item at this business.

alex mHonestly,I miss the days of talking w an actual person having to do everything by phone was a pain in the butt. The keys were not in the drop box either which delayed my moving time and cost me more money.

SCOTT WThe website is awful and incredibly not user friendly, customer service call was excellent and the call from scheduling was not very friendly. The location was fantastic though.

ED EThe truck ran ok but there was a very hot spot on the floorboard under the passenger. My daughter was barefoot before we realized what was going on and she burned her foot. We insulated it with blankets after that so she wouldn't be injured again. I told the gentleman at Galloways about it so they can get it fixed.
William MPaid at least $30 more than I should have cuz they changed where I was supposed to pickup my truck without notice! Said they left a voicemail.... I don't even have voicemail on my phone.... than when I called customer support they were rude and disrespectful! However where I actually picked up my truck they were very helpful and nice!
Kevin EI called the day before my rental to inquire about a 15' or 17' truck-I've used this place several times before. They told me one was due back an hour earlier- but had not yet arrived. Fine. I said "here's my #-call me when it comes in". NEVER CALLED ME THAT day. Later that same evening- the truck I asked for and said "call me when you get it"- WAS IN THE LOT. U-Haul Could have saved me the hassle of having to drive FURTHER out of the way to pick up my truck. As an aside- 24 hours later- when I returned my truck- that other truck- was still in the lot...Just saying.

Scott BThis is NOT the location that reserved the equipment. It was "necessary" to drive longer distance to get the truck and tow dolly. And there was no compensation for the inconvenience. This is no fault of this location.
ROY PI really not know anything about this location. I didn't return the truck to this location. Returned to Center st Slatington. Someone from this location(Northampton) picked up the truck in Slatington & took it to Northampton. Which I was charged the extra milegae to take it to Northampton. Which I feel I shouldn't have to pay.

FREDDY SMy original pick up was 4 miles from my home. The pick up was reset at a location 17.8 miles from my home. With 18 other locations within my zip they couldn't find one closer? Had to pay extra mileage and gas for total round trip of 35.6 miles. Not a happy camper.
Clements ADropped key in slot around 3 PM Sat 4/9 (shop closed at 12 and nobody there to greet me or tell me what to do).

AARON RRrs err rvation was made at another location. Extra mileage accrued due to u haul overbooking. This is an unacceptable problem and should be addressed.
