My online order I listed a furniture dolly and when I went to pickup the truck Tim informed me that he doesn't have any and never did have them in stock. Which really didn't concern me either way. I only mention this because I can see certain personalities creating a negative dramatic scene over a situation like this. For every individual U-haul site/business, the website should notify the customer at time of submitting the order that supplies ordered are not a stocked item at this business.

Honestly,I miss the days of talking w an actual person having to do everything by phone was a pain in the butt. The keys were not in the drop box either which delayed my moving time and cost me more money.

The website is awful and incredibly not user friendly, customer service call was excellent and the call from scheduling was not very friendly. The location was fantastic though.

The truck ran ok but there was a very hot spot on the floorboard under the passenger. My daughter was barefoot before we realized what was going on and she burned her foot. We insulated it with blankets after that so she wouldn't be injured again. I told the gentleman at Galloways about it so they can get it fixed.

Paid at least $30 more than I should have cuz they changed where I was supposed to pickup my truck without notice! Said they left a voicemail.... I don’t even have voicemail on my phone.... than when I called customer support they were rude and disrespectful! However where I actually picked up my truck they were very helpful and nice!
