The pick up location was changed one hour before pickup. They were nice at TIm's Auto but they were not expecting us and did not have the supplies that we requested. Not their fault as the location was changed at the last minute.
Roy L.I ordered a uhaul from the lehighton location but was told they didn't have a truck for me and was told to go to northampton to pick one up which is half an hour away one way, instead of one closer to either location I was moving. So in the end I paid at least $50 more due to the mileage driving it further than the original. I am a bit disappointed in this and will be using a different service next time.

Denise P.Probably the worst experience i have ever had with anyone in any industry. From the uhaul sales to customer service to picking it up at Tim's, they also wanted to screw us and take our money. They give us a "good deal" but when we went back to pay for it its double the price and then had the audacity to charge us fees after the fact. Not to mention that they told us that our original uhaul's AC broke less than 24 hours before we were supposed to pick it up.
