This location was severely understaffed, but the staff were doing the best with the cards they were dealt. They were very helpful with getting me in and out as fast as possible with the correct equipment.

I had multiple issues with my move, mostly due to the moving help I reserved on Uhaul.com did not show up to assist with my move, and I returned the truck late due to this. I was double charged for several services unfairly and after several emails it is still not resolved. Will not be using Uhaul again. Very dissappointing

Everything was fine until I got another invoice the next morning with a $59 charge for another rental period. Called the location was told someone was working on it and i would get a call but never did. I will call again tomorrow

I waited 20min to pick up a 6x12 Trailer despite having checked in online prior to arrival. Staff provided no assistance approaching trailer or hooking up.

Frustrated that I returned the vehicle early to find the location closed early, so did after hours drop off, had to climb rail to get to key drop because a van was parked blocking the entrance, then was charged an extra day even though I turned it in early. Called to have the charged fixed but no one fixed it yet our called back. I guess I'll call again tomorrow. Disappointed. Folks were friendly enough, but I don't want to pay double.

My original date to pickup was 9/30 at the St.Claude location, they called and told me they didn't have my truck and the earliest available was Tulane on 10/1. I arrived to find no truck, stood there 1.5 hr later to finally get a smaller truck. The associate "Q" was very nice. But my overall experience was poor.

I waited a long time for a truck bc they were short staffed. I get that, no problem. Problem is that they kept having break downs with me being entered into the computer. I was on other people's time. I had people helping me move. I got back to return the truck )which by the way was the 3rd truck bc something was wrong with the other 2) and they still didn't have me in the computer as having taken the truck. My company had to leave me. I missed the gas mark by a tenth and they charged $12. For the hardship I endured, the right thing to do would have been to waive it or discount my price. But no, this place has no integrity like other upstanding business have in order to satisfy and maintain they're customers. Business was ran very arrogantly. I suppose I've gotten accustomed to excellent service elsewhere and perhaps that's why I'm highly disappointed. Never again.

Absolutely god awful customer service. There were 2 workers there both times (pick up and drop off) and they just didn't care about any of the customers. They were laughing with each other and just not working. It took over an hour for one customer in front of us to get helped and for us to be able to rent. Will never use this place again, if the manager doesn't care about the customers, I'm not going to give them my business. Fuck you uhaul on Tulane.

Service was horrible. Rented truck for 1 day, returned it, then they charged me over $900 for the rental. Unbelievable. I was literally robbed. Will never use Uhaul again.

After calling and emailing dozens of times (including on the day of) to confirm the box truck rental, pick up arrived to show no box trucks were even available for our rental and had ZERO help from management or the onsite manager. BEYOND frustrated. It really hurt us for our production and I had confirmed so many times, we were given a cargo van, which was nowhere near the space needed and no one even offered to comp the rental. I will NEVER use uhaul again.

I am very frustrated with the Uhaul business model. I called the contact number because the online reservation system was slotting me in for a 7am pickup, which I didnt want. Explained the situation to the operator, who in turn said that she could not do anything but schedule the pickup for 7am. However, she followed up with a comment along the lines of, "If you call the location in advance, there will be no problem with moving the pickup and drop-off time as you need". When I called the site in advance of my appointment, the manager was adamant, and the attendant clueless. The manager said that i was misinformed originally, and that he was going to cancel my order due to the fact that I was open and honest with him about when I needed the truck - he couldn't trust me to return it on time. Awful experience all around, putting my family in limbo, forcing me to take a day off of work, and inconveniencing friends and family who had agreed to help us move.

This property needs to have a manager on duty to assist the employees. Leadership is extremely important to run a business and the lack of support is very evident at this location. Our experience yesterday was very chaotic and frustrating. The employee helping us was very nice however she was handling multiple things at one time that she couldn’t focus on the task at hand. She needed help from a manager who was apparently MIA for the entire day.

Next time so that I don't incur further expenses it would be great if I got a truck at the location that I chose to pick up at at the time that I chose instead of making me drive across town and wait 3 hours later for a vehicle. Also being so that I was 3 hours late getting the truck which was out of my control they should not call me on my phone and yell at me to return the truck before it's due back! The interior of the truck was disgusting there was melted M&Ms stuck inside the cup holder but besides that there was a nice layer of dirt & grim. I felt the need to wash my hands repeatedly every time I got in and out of the vehicle. Having to drive an evil further distance to bring the truck back to the same location was also extremely inconvenient when there was a drop-off location 2 miles from my residence. The entire experience was not pleasant. Next time I will go with Budget Truck.

I scheduled to pick up the vehicle at 6:30a.m. The vehicle wasn't ready. When I informed the owner of the incident. She was extremely rude. I also informed one of the other workers, and he was rude as well. The truck that I ordered waa blocked in by two other vehicles. However, the owner and one of the workers insisted my order was ready.

Asriel and Brandon were very helpful when I arrived to drop off the trailer. They removed the trailer and I was on my way! (I did not go inside the facility; therefore, I cannot comment on cleanliness.)
