The lady at the counter was very uninterested when speaking with me and the man before me. Attitude was dry. Then I had trouble turning to check in my uhaul for 25+ minutes just to find get in contact with customer service, such with a representative who understood my situation she ensured me I wouldn't be charged the $20 after hour fee yet was still charged. Overall my experience and sprinting could've been handled betterDarrenique J.
Upon arrival we parked the truck in the return area no one came .We waited for an available associate for 30 min only to be told we has to go outside .we went outside and the worker was still sitting in the van and he finally got out the van and asked us to bring him the key he never looked in the truck he didn't give me any paperwork or anything .The location is very unprofessional and not invitingPRECIOUS R.
On-line check-in crashed, their computers were having problems taking in information as well. Otherwise, communication was clear, service was as fast as it could be with the computer errors. We asked someone who was checking in trucks a question as well, and he was attentive & polite. All good.Erica S.
Need a better process for incoming vehicles. No order, vehicles were piled up and in line but blocking pathways for other vehicles to exit. Need clearly marked in/out and directives so people know what's expected when they come back with vehicles. Made it hard for us to know where to park when we came in and how to exit when we left. I read the van with just over a quarter tank of gas (WHY?) and drive it ten miles total (local move) but had to put over 5 gallons of gas in before returning it to get the gas tank indicator back up over a quarter tank. That makes no sense.Gretchen S.
The individual that checked me out rolled his eyes as soon as I pulled up. He was unfriendly and short with me, as well. I will never rent from this location again even if other places are more expensive. The guy also knew that what he was charging was incorrect and had a smirk on his face while doing it. It wasn't a lot and I was in a hurry and the office was packed with the woman yelling at a customer, so I didn't fight it. But, he knew it was wrong and ridiculous. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude to me, as well. I was just calling to check when I needed to return it and she treated me like I had just insulted her kids or mother or something. I had two problems with my trailer. As I was leaving New Orleans on I-10 past Slidell, cars and trucks began to signal me that there was a problem. They were pointing to the hitch. I pulled over and saw one safety chain dragging on the ground. Second, When I stopped for gas I saw a nail in the back left tire, causing me anxiety the entire trip from New Orleans to Atlanta. I began my trip around midnight after loading the trailer all day. I had no choice but to continue on my trip and hope for the best.ADAM F.
