Clean and would recommend for convenience of location and usually kind employees but unfortunately the service there is incredibly slow and not well coordinated. I believe this is mainly a management issue. Leadership there needs to run a tighter ship.

The truck I rented had no working tail lights, a check engine light on the indicator panel, and stuck in first gear. The staff was unhelpful in answering my questions on the rental of a pickup truck or van. The manager James however was helpful about this. Customer service essentially told me that it was my fault for not calling roadside assistance to completely unpack my truck into a new one. You'd figure that they check for these things before they rent it to someone. I incurred late charges for not being able to travel in the early morning (tail lights, I was pulled over once already) and then they sent me a bill for the late charges on top of what I had already paid. Will not be renting from this location again.

Reservations was for 9am. Didn’t get the Uhaul until after 10am.

When I arrived for my pre-ordered U Haul, first I waited for a half hour before being helped, and then was told that there were no U Hauls available. i has made my reservation a week before hand, so someone could have called to let me know or gotten a U Haul from another location. Luckily, the employee helping me was able to find me a different truck, though I had to have it back earlier (and of course the whole thing took a while so we were starting later). This process took almost an hour. Secondly, the radio knob in the vehicle didn’t work, so I couldn’t turn the radio off or adjust it’s loud volume—extremely distracting while trying to maneuver such a large vehicle.

Told uhaul rep. I wanted to pay cash. Not only did he charge my card. He charged me for 2 days. Was very rude and demanding. Manager had to get involved. Still don't think I was charged correctly. It took over a hour to return vehicle because of this.

Let me actually use the digital check in. I did not want to deal with a rep. And you charged me for equipment I didn’t request nor receive to even use ! Now I have to wait to get my refund...? Seriously.

We rent from this U-Haul location frequently. The staff is very nice and well trained. This time was no different. They are just following company policy. It’s a shame that the U-Haul insurance we purchased doesn’t cover shit. $700 to replace a dent in the front top bumper of a truck is criminal. There are low hanging limbs all over the city and it was clear from the other trucks on the lot that this is a common occurrence. Why even buy insurance? We will be using Penske in the future
