Truck was 2 quarts low on oil and used oil at about 1 quart per 200 miles on trip and the AC did not work. In addition the truck was so noisy inside due to door rubbers that did not seal and windows that vibrated that my wife and I had to wear ear plugs for 700 miles. I reserved a truck , 2 dozen blankets, 2, 2 wheeled dollies, and a 4 wheeled dollies the blankets and 4 wheeled dollies where not available and I was told there was nothing could be done about it.

When someone books early enough to pick up at a certain location and is told that it will be there - please have it there. Mr. John Carroll told me that they didn't have what I needed in Naples and that I had to pick it up in Bonita Springs. If I didn't like that I didn't have to rent from them - it was the busy season! Unacceptable to tell a customer that. 4 hours later miraculously they had one in the Naples area but we had to pick it up from a second location from the truck. On pick up day they had a car carrier at the same location as the truck but the contract stated it we had to pick up at the second location - they were not allowed to give us the car carrier at the same location as the truck - that was so disappointing and time consuming for us.

First off when you pull in the driveway have a very big handicap vehicle and come to find out one of the employees park in the handicapped spot with no card no nothing on it saying handicap on it that sort an of a big issue, then you park your big truck in the back and see no signs sayin no customer parking anywhere in the back, but go inside and get rudely told you have to move your truck when there’s no big enough spots open that’s another, then to consistently get rude comments from a gentleman named Ronaldo even after he’s the one parked the handicap spot, and he’s not even handicapped, that he things he big cheese, there is very big issue!!! I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE TILL A CERTAIN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT IS DONE!!!!!

I told the representative that I may be driving to Louisville KY but wasn't sure. I had to leave town promptly and needed to drop off the van as I was told I could do at any location. That location 6 miles from where I rented the van told me I was going to be charged $190 to drop it there. I was NEVER told I would be charged differently or that I was put in an In town rental only, as he knew I could be dropping it off almost 1100 miles from the pickup location. I ended up missing my flight from having to take it back to the original location, wait for an uber and then get to the airport. Extremely Unprofessional and was offered Nothing for the inconvenience plus had to make alternative arrangements to get back to KY.

Was told on phone the trailer I rented could be dropped off in Lake Placid FL When picking up was told it could not, had to be returned to same location. I said I would but might not make it back within 24 hours but would bring back next day - probably after closing at 7pm, I picked up at 5:30pm I returned it the next day after 7 - and was charged two days. I should have left it in Lake Placid as my reservation was originally made. I rushed, incurred a lot more fuel and time. Sent email explaining this and didn’t even get a response

The U-HAUL app for self check in/out is terrible. I have never had it work for the entire rental process. I think it worked for 1 pickup but after that, it was a total waste of time. I tried Using it to pick up my truck and it took too long so I just used the rep. Then when I tried to use it dropping off the truck , it would not work.

An alignment to the truck. I took a picture of how the steering wheel looked like when the truck was driving “striaght” it was so off it was so hard to drive and very dangerous

You can start by having the man at the drop off point learn some common manners. He was very rude and was not helpful what so ever. He rushed me out of there and even had the nerve to verbally attack me. Will not be retiring to this location because of that employee.

Quite frankly this entire experience has been horrible. I will not be using U-Haul again. Everything from the reservation, to the storage and truck rental process was misleading and. It well managed. If I wasn’t under pressure from a home closing I would have cancelled the whole thing.

The employees at this location are not able to tell me a breakdown of charges so when you do the simple math their math adds up more than mine and nobody can tell me where the extra money is coming from. Therefore I get charged more money than I should of and then after they took my money when the contract was over all pending charges went away until the following day when they deducted another pending charge from my bank account.

Horrible customer service, the lady at the counter rude and in a very bad mood, looks like she was sick and tired of the customers, very agressive the way she specify any details. Angry when she had to answer any question or doubt we have about the renting. The guy at the returning area, very unpolite and bad manners also. Dont really hope to have to go to that place again, It was also a pretty bad experience in general with you guys, cause the truck i have rented was not there at the otther location that i rented online, and had to talk to customer service to solve that and this place you sent me gave me this awful experience. Terrible.
