No issues with the drop off location, only that my reservation had 1 town for the drop off. The pick up location had the same drop off location, and several hours after I picked it up, I got a call and text message letting me know my drop off location had changed without giving me any options. Forcing me to drive to the next town down the road. Thankfully I opted to add additional mileage to the contract myself.

The Taos and Montevista U-Haul centers were great. Particularly the one in Taos. What I really didn't like however was the fact that I live 20 miles from the border of Colorado and I got charged extra for going interstate. It seems Unfair seeing that I have been renting from you in seven states over forty years now. And the last trip took less than four hours.

It was cool lot of open space to drop off, the place was closed on that day but the next couple of days I talked with the owner, Paul by phone call & everything went smooth real nice guy.

The clerk asked me to sign off on the equipment condition without my looking at the equipment. They substituted one trailer for another and I had to make them put the correct ID # on the paperwork I signed

improve online coordination with the different locations. When i arrived the wrong truck was set up, it took a good 25 to 30 minutes to get it all figured out. Also be more specific with the online instructions i only went about 4 or so miles during my move and i put in the beginning miles and the after miles and it tried to say i had traveled 3000+ miles and would be charged .79 cents a mile. it was figured out but still, very unclear instructions online.

Was instructed to back up trailer and unhook the trailer. They did not help me back up and unhook the trailer knowing that I had a cast on right hand

In my adult years alone, I have moved more times than you can count on both hands. Many times, Uhaul is the only local option. I have been East, West, MidWest, and South. I have noticed a consistent customer front offered by the MEN in your company - Male Supremacy. I realize that this is due to the nature of your business, by default your product is marketed in male dominated industries. First, I would suggest that you NOT TAKE THE EASY OUT and by default market your product in ANOTHER CORPORATE AMERICA dominated industry. Since you have the luxury of sitting on so many profits - the honorable thing to do would be to INVEST THE TIME TO FIND THE SHOPS THAT STAND FOR BASIC CONSTITUTIONAL EQUALITY OF MALE FEMALE. At the risk of sounding overly dramatic, by making this adjustment in YOUR BUSINESS, you will not only take a HUGE STAND FOR MALE FEMALE EQUALITY, you will also restore VALUE to HUMANITY. Courts are going to start trying certain children as adults, in part because of MALE SUPREMACY. Because, Male supremacy eliminates the innocence of children. If you would like to speak, my number is 719-588-5636. I have to return my Uhaul key, because, at 1 a.m. when I returned the truck, there was no key drop box. This is basic information that should be provided to customers when they rent. Hours of facility, drop box or not.... There is a place for supremacy, and it is in being REALLY GOOD at what you do. If I could give negative stars, I would. It took this location nearly 6 hours to check our equipment in and get us our receipt. When I called them, I got put on hold for several minutes. Then someone picked back up to tell me that he can't make other people come to the phone. After a few more minutes on hold, someone picked up and blatantly hung up on me. It took two calls to Uhaul corporate, that call, and an email to the area manager to get them to check it in, which should have been done while we were still there. The coup de gras is that the area manager lied to me and said that they were having system problems. Yeah right. That's why nobody else I talked to mentioned it. The corporate office wasn't having any trouble looking at that location's information, and somehow miraculously at the very end of the day they were able to check the equipment in. This area manager needs to recognize that customers are not all stupid and some of us can recognize a crock when we hear it. I guess it's lucky for these guys that Uhaul is the only game in town, so we have no choice other than to put up with their bad attitudes and BS replies. VERY BAD SHOW, Uhaul.
