How U-Haul Reviews WorkNot the locations fault but we went 6.2 miles over and had to pay for it. Stupid to have to pay because we had to go to our storage unit seperate from our home.
Crystal CMy reservation said I could pick up the equipment at 7:00am. The business didn't open until 8:00am.
Cobalt BRented in Monte Vista, CO to haul my dead pickup to Fort Worth, TX. Was told i could drop off the truck anywhere in FW. I dropped it near my home. Received a charge on my credit card for 30 "extra miles" at $1.00 per mile. I would have expected the dealer to give me enough miles to actually make the trip.
LEE SEverything went great! However, we were told pickup would be available at 7 a.m. and upon arrival we learned it would be 8 a.m. instead. We made the best of it and went to breakfast. When we returned everything was set up and ready to go. Everyone was very friendly.
