I think it would be better if the "office" was located by the trucks in the back, perhaps a trailer office would be a better use of customers time & the employees too.The owner is doing his best & I really do appreciate his efforts given the location in congested surroundings

The staff were extremely rude and did not explain why the price was so expensive. I rented the same size truck a year ago to move to London for school and the price was almost double. The staff at this location did not drive the truck around front for me, they did not do a walk around of the truck to make sure it was in working order, they didn't not explain anything about the truck to me and basically sent us on our way. I was extremely unimpressed with this location and due to I will most likely try to use another truck rental service over you guys next time.

I asked for 3 hours and was only given 2 hours but they charged for 3. Plus an additional charge. The vehicle was not clean

Figure out your reservation and stop overbooking. The reservation and change of trucks completed screwed our entire move, and caused us to miss the internet installation and other setups. And don’t charge a late fee when we weren’t late!

When I went to drop off the truck, I had problems locating the U-Haul store. It turned out to be a small Booth inside a flea market. The parking lot was way at the back behind the flea market and therefore wasn't visible from the main road. There should be some notes for customers asked to specifics like this to facilitate pick-up and drop-off of trucks.

The express check in isn’t. Drivers license pictures were done but never made it to the system. Have credit card on file; still had to use card. Waited almost an hour in a line with 4 people ahead of me to get the truck. Basically a worst case scenario of customer service!

The combination on the locker didn’t work so I had to go wait at the counter to get the key. No one was there for a long time. Waiting around for someone to show up. Then the van didn’t have a full tank of gas. Backup camera was on the van but didn’t work. Flea market people taking all the parking spots.

I tried calling this location prior to pick up several times and no one answered. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the agent had no computer access and was scrambling to accommodate the growing line up of people waiting to pick up. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to explain the process properly resulting in extra charges that I could have avoided if I knew what they were or what they were for. The customer service phone number and email address seem indifferent and reluctant to actually do anything.

While returning the truck I said i did not get the appliance dolly so please do not charge, but still my bill has 10$ for the appliance dolly. In have called on line on 08/13 at 10.45 pm and the lady put me on an infinite hold and never returned. Before picking a truck I called the 1800 number and the lady doesnt even know the Canadian holiday and added a dolly charge and after I said it is a holiday still she kept the appliance dolly on my order. Worst experience with customer service.

I arrived for my pick-up later then the scheduled pick-up time only to find that my reservation had been cancelled with out notification. I recommend that this is clearly explained to future customers and that you notify that you are about to cancel reservation. Quite unprofessional.
