CARGO vans CANNOT accomodate queen size mattress and box spring loaded flat. Although your website states: "The queen size bed and box spring can be laid flat in the back of the van after they are loaded through the back doors if no additional items need to be moved. " They do need to be put in on a diagonal, and the width of the box is wide, but the wheel wells from the rear tires create a totally uneven surface. The statement in the website is misleading. The main reason we rented it was for box spring and mattress, though it fit, it had to spend the entire trip on an angle, and in no way could lie flat. PLEASE CORRECT THE INFO IN YOUR WEBSITE SO OTHER CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Please make sure that all pre-ordered items are available and that customer knows exactly where and how to collect the vehicle keys when collection or return is scheduled to be after working hours. Please note: 1) The keys location was around 350 meters away from the vehicle's parking and I had to wait for more than 50 minutes until the person-in-charge arrived to identify the key's location. 2) I ordered Firniture Pads, but they were not made available 3) the back of the truck was full of broken glass that I had to clean myself.

The truck did not include a dolly, as indicated by the clerk. The back door to the truck got stuck many times and was really frustrating to open. When we asked the location of it was okay to return the truck a couple hours late, they said yes any time tonight. They did not say that it would cost 30 dollars more, or even remind us about the 6 hour rental period rule. The location was really hard to find with no road sign or online tips to tell you that’s it is inside the flea market building.

the location was freezing, how someone can work in that environment is beyond me. The worst thing is that the trailer was buried in the back and plowed in under a foot of snow. I had to go back there myself. It was frozen to the ground. I had to unbury it myself and get soaked doing it. I'm sorry but if you reserve a trailer it should at least be accessible. I understand it snows but the snow was just below my knee. I wish I would have taken pictures. I will never use this location again. Completely ridiculous.

Please when the customer return the car on the same gas level don't just tell him it was low on gas. I will upload my receipt and gas bar level pictures before returning the car on Facebook so people would know what type of company U-Hal is.

When the attendant gave us the keys to the van it was all the way in the back of the lot and we had to get it ourselves. The van had snow on it as well and we had to clean it ourselves. It was also behind a big snowbank so my husband had to force the van over it to get it out. After the big struggle the van had a message saying the front tire was low and we had to wait for another van making us go behind our tight schedule. Overall that experience was not good compared to my other experiences with uhaul.

Gave away our truck with in 20 minutes with out calling us. Then was sent to another uhaul got my truck and hot to my loading dock and was told to return because the store did not dispatch the moving truck.

Customer service was non existent. I got the feeling we were unwanted and bothering them. If that wasn't bad enough when we got the van the tire pressure warning light was on alerting me the tires needed air. I decided it was not worth the struggle to go in and have it fixed, that is just do the air myself. When I made my first left hand turn, the signal was double blinking because the headlight was out. When we went to load the van one of the interior lights was hanging down in the way and my husband had to fix it to be able to get our furniture in without further damaging the light. When I went in to return the van the next morning. the worker (this time a different woman) rudely informed me I was supposed to use the over night drop box and that in a few minutes they would check the van in and email the receipt. Never mind that we had personally returned the van because we don't like surprises on bills and were not aware a drop box exists. Also we would not use this option if given a choice . This is the worst experience I've ever had and I will be recommening people to avoid this location. And when I need a uhaul next time I will drive the extra distance and go to another location. The service was inexcusable and terrible.

Truck oil light was on when I started the engine from the get go. The truck was old and was very sluggish to drive. I was worried it would not complete the trip.

Used the app to collect the truck. Last step was still queuing to get the key. This was the only flaw in the process. Would be much better if the truck could auto unlock once check in was completed and have the keys in it.

First they forgot the pin for the hitch so two blocks down the trailer disconnects from the truck while driving. On returning the truck, all location is just a drop off in front of the office, we'll this location the lady wanted me to drive the truck and trailer 2 lots over and even disconnect the trailer on a designated parking spot!!!!!...can we say LAZY!!!!

The van was not maintained properly. There was a Change your Oil sign on the car and was scared that it would cause issues with my trip. The lights in the cargo section was broken and taped together. The van was not in a good shape.
