We drove to the back, located the truck and that took 30 mins to get it done. Then we had to go back to the front of the building at the flea market and pick up the keys. Then went to the back and took the pictures. Pick up took an hour to do.

HILAL MIt's the first time I've used U-Haul and I would say that it was a great experience. I've never driven a big truck like the one I've rented and I was nervous, but after doing all the safety checks and some Youtube videos, it wasn't that hard. The truck was spacious and can easily fit all the 2 bedroom furniture that we have in one trip. The pickup location was also close to where I live and the attendant was helpful. I will definitely rent U-Haul again for any move that I will do in the future.
