The pickup process was a little tough to navigate. I had to go to the Chevron to check in, then walk down the hill and over to the holding lot to ID the vehicle. Then back to the Chevron to get the keys and back to the vehicle to drive it away. If your customer was elderly or had a difficult time walking, this would be impossible. Then finding a place to park to return it was also very difficult- there is very little available parking. And honestly, $100 for a van for few hours seems excessive.David S.

Only way it could have been better is if key pickup was clearer. Website doesn't explain key pickup when using online service. Calling the guy told me we would get a code that opens a box. This wasn't true, we had to get the key at the front counter. This should be stated in the reservation confirmation.Brad M.

There need to be a much better clarity that the vehicle has to be returned to a location away from the key drop off. It was confusing and frustrating to return the vehicle at one location and return to another. The personnel on duty in Chevron told me to return the truck to the parking area, but did not specify that I have to return the keys there. I ended having to go around a few times to finally figure out what to do. The return instructions should be on the app so that it can be done self-service.YONGZHEN T.
The fast station parking lot is extremely small for pick and drop off. Customer service was fine. Mobile pick up and drop off needs to be enhanced, takes way too long to complete.Ryan M.
Dean was the agent on duty to get me checked in. I arrived 20 minutes before opening, but after I explained that I was in a stressful moving situation he checked me in early and handled the entire process in a friendly and efficient manner. A suggestion is to add more lighting to the truck drop off, pick up area. I dropped the truck after hours and the area is in a dark and secluded area.ROXANNE K.

Everything was fine except I was charged an extra 1.5 gallons of gas. I added 3.5 gallons for 18 miles traveled in a 10 foot truck. This filled the tank higher than what it started with. I was still charged an additional 1.5 gallons. The guy said he could not change it and I would have to call the 800 number. I did not want to wait 20 minutes on hold, so I let it go. The parking lot was closed by the time I arrived and I saw other trucks returned in front of the gate where it was too dark and muddy. It was not convenient nor safe to go through the very long truck return process on my mobile in such a dark and unattended location.Hussam S.

Even though I did an online pickup and submitted my photos of ID, I waited in line to show my phone to get keys and the guy at the counter made me go get my driver's license to prove it again. What is the purpose of the app ID verification if we have to do it again at the counter? And the app should say we have to do it again, inside.Lisa M.
I reserved a tow Dolly for Sunday in Clarkston Washington On Friday 2 days before I was supposed to leave they called and said I could not get a tow Dolly in clarkston because all u-haul's in that area are closed on Sunday Where I talk to the people at Clarkston nobody ever told me they were closed on Sunday why would they reserve something for A-day they are not even open I was told I could pick one up on Sunday morning in Spokane which is a 130 miles away but I would have to have it back that day Meaning I would have to drive from Clarkston to Seattle and back to Spokane in 5 hours Are these guys idiots or what I did get one in Seattle but I had to pay for 2 days instead of 1 Plus I had to toe the empty Dolly from Seattle to Clarkston and back and then deliver it Back to the same place which is 25 miles from my house This was the worst experience I've ever had with this company It seems that the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing And the people who tried to help to be honest seem like just idiots who did not really know what they were doing And did not care Granted it was only $45 A-day but why should I have to pay $45 because of some idiot who couldn't tell me they weren't even open on Sunday Hopefully I will not have to rent from these idiots again And if I do I really hope they at least have people who have brains enough to tell you there not openJoseph S.

I returned the truck at 9:50 AM on Sunday, 10/18 with a full tank of gas. The person who examined the truck claims I turned it in after hours with the gas tank only half full. So they charged me an extra $59.55 for fuel. This is just wrong. I suspect that person examined a different truck that may have been turned in after hours. I would like someone to contact me personally to discuss how I am being treated dishonestly and unfairly. I am being ripped off and that's never a good feeling.
