Excellent customer service, however after loading and having our belongings in the truck over a few nights then opening the truck to unload we discovered considerable water damage from small holes up to a large hole almost 2” round. These holes were only visible if you went into the truck and closed the cargo door.

I was sent to a different location. They were great at chevorn but your phone people refused to answer my questions directly. I would not use u-haul at all ever if I had another option. You advertise one price and we end up paying 75 percent more.

I've used this facilities a few times and every time, Alex has always been very pleasant and knowledgeable, even when he's extremely busy, which seems to be all the time! I even go out of my way to use this facility, when I could use one closer but I get excellent member service which keeps me coming back.

My contract states 2 different days allowed and total miles allowed. I returned the equipment on Sept. 2nd (which was the following day) just a couple of hours over 24 hours of rental of the vehicle. Then I was charged $40.00 for an extra day...!!! I had to take time from my work day to call, be put on hold and then told there was a mistake made... Again! I will say this; I do not feel that U-Haul has taken care of me in these situation(s). It makes me think that i will most likely not use U-haul again. You have a 50/50 track record with me! It seems you have no problems making reservations, but lots of problems keeping them! I believe renting from U-Haul again will be determined by the type of response I receive.

There was one competent person working there and he works in the maintenance shop. When I called to order my trailer, I was told that there weren't any available and but that I could rent a ramp trailer. Then the sales rep added on a cargo van to my order with a ramp trailer. I clearly explained that I just needed a trailer and he said that he would remove the van. I was then put on hold. Once the phone picked back up, I was speaking to the competent man and he started my order over by asking me what I was looking for. I asked for a cargo trailer but was informed that they were not available and that a ramp trailer will do. He said, we do not have any ramp trailers for that weekend but we do have a cargo trailer available. I said, Great! That is what I wanted but was told that I could not have it. Order confirmation call asked if I was still picking up my cargo van and cargo trailer. I requested to cancel the cargo van that was still on my order. Then asked if the cargo trailer was still available. He said it was. Pick up day, I was told to collect the cargo trailer with a specific number at their lower lot. One of the issues with this location is the accessibility to the check in/out. Having the rentals in a different location was not a problem. I was asked if I would like some help with the hook up and appreciated this. The staff member that greeted me was very polite, the only problem was that the trailer in question, aka the only cargo trailer left in the lot, was not the number assigned to me. I questioned this, the staff member decided to hook up the trailer and asked me to come back up to the very difficult area to work out the problem. I had to, for the second time park in front of another retail business and sat and waited. It was taking a long time so I walked up the hill to go back into the check in area. The competent gentleman showed up and after I explained the issue he asked for one of the staff members to get the number off of the trailer so that they could figure out the miscommunication later. We walk out and back up a hill to get the number. He proceeds to write the number of the trailer down on my receipt. The very receipt that I am supposed to take with me and leaves me there, stating that he will be back after he figures out what went wrong. Now I am waiting again. By this point I am here for about an hour in a half while people are trying to figure out what went wrong. I finally walk back down the hill and ask if he could just email me the receipt. My information is in the database since I have been renting for years, but I am asked to write down my email. I compile and am finally about to leave with the trailer in tow. The product was perfect, I have been renting a trailer during the summers for years to go camping. The service was confusing and the location for the reservation area is really bad. However, I also understand the growing pains of training new staff. This process took a lot of time and

We reserved a cargo trailer a month in advance and they call the day before saying they won't have it. We ended up getting a smaller trailer and had to travel further to get it. Then they changed the reservation date we originally had, so then we had to change that... This is the second time this has happened. I will not be using this company again.

I had reserved a 26 ft truck and was given a 17 ft truck. I also reserved an appliance dolly and was told when I went to pick it up there were none left. Not sure why there is an online reservation system when nothing I needed was available on the day I reserved it for.

I reserved a tow dolly at one location, was transferred to another location 30 miles the wrong direction for a round trip. I was forced due to lack of equipment, to do one way rental. You wanted me to pick up the tow dolly 30 miles out of my way driving other 60 miles Towing it behind me rattling the whole way to pick up my car. Then after I get done with it, make a 60-mile round trip to return it to receive the round-trip rate. So I cancelled my reservation and picked one up near where I was picking up the car and then returning it locally. Because of your lack of equipment I was forced to pay the one-way rate rather than around trip rate. In no way shape or form woud U-Haul work with me to compensate for the fact that it cost me twice as much to rent a tow dolly then it should have. Well you got my money so I guess that's all U-Haul cares about. No I will not recommend Uhaul to anyone unless absolutely necessary. Uhaul is definitely my last choice.

First of all, it is in a Chevron Gas Station and there is no space at all to move. Very tight and very cramped. A bit of a distance from where we live. The boy helping us in the beginning was quite rude, but when I told him I was going to call and went outside he changed his attitude and upon returning was helpful. The truck gas gage was on less than a quarter tank of gas when I received it.
