I was charged for a cleaning fee Even though it was cleaned out. I rent these quite often and I was really upset wit being charged with the cleaning fee.
Got sent to one location paid for a trailer waited around for them to find no trailer. Had to go to another location and even bring them parts to fix a trailer for me to use. 0/10
Even though I did an online pickup and submitted my photos of ID, I waited in line to show my phone to get keys and the guy at the counter made me go get my driver's license to prove it again. What is the purpose of the app ID verification if we have to do it again at the counter? And the app should say we have to do it again, inside.
I reserved a tow Dolly for Sunday in Clarkston Washington On Friday 2 days before I was supposed to leave they called and said I could not get a tow Dolly in clarkston because all u-haul's in that area are closed on Sunday Where I talk to the people at Clarkston nobody ever told me they were closed on Sunday why would they reserve something for A-day they are not even open I was told I could pick one up on Sunday morning in Spokane which is a 130 miles away but I would have to have it back that day Meaning I would have to drive from Clarkston to Seattle and back to Spokane in 5 hours Are these guys idiots or what I did get one in Seattle but I had to pay for 2 days instead of 1 Plus I had to toe the empty Dolly from Seattle to Clarkston and back and then deliver it Back to the same place which is 25 miles from my house This was the worst experience I've ever had with this company It seems that the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing And the people who tried to help to be honest seem like just idiots who did not really know what they were doing And did not care Granted it was only $45 A-day but why should I have to pay $45 because of some idiot who couldn't tell me they weren't even open on Sunday Hopefully I will not have to rent from these idiots again And if I do I really hope they at least have people who have brains enough to tell you there not open
The tires were low and the truck was nasty.
I returned the truck at 9:50 AM on Sunday, 10/18 with a full tank of gas. The person who examined the truck claims I turned it in after hours with the gas tank only half full. So they charged me an extra $59.55 for fuel. This is just wrong. I suspect that person examined a different truck that may have been turned in after hours. I would like someone to contact me personally to discuss how I am being treated dishonestly and unfairly. I am being ripped off and that's never a good feeling. My phone number is (206) 849-0093

I really did not appreciate being called several times before the appointed drop off time. Unless you give a discount, the unit is im my care until delivery time. Very negative. Understand other customer needs an added incentive would be a return on cost for early delivery. Thank you.
Excellent customer service. Not a huge fan of having a separate lot 100 yards from the store, but I guess it works. Bit confusing to drop off at night. Separately from the location, the uhaul website or app experience is extremely unclear for first-timers. I had no idea I needed to upload pics from the actual truck, definitely could be made more clear within the app experience from uhaul.
I tried to use the mobile app pick up, but the lock on the back of the truck was stuck and it took about an hour for the uhaul employee to get it off. we got way behind schedule in our move and I was very disappointed.
The van had a broken size door wgich required having road side assistance.

I was picking up a truck early (mobile app) and the truck was returned very late the night before. The representative (Dillon) was great and came in early (2 hrs!) to make sure things went OK. Please give him an "atta-boy".

I reserved a 4x8 for an agreed price and received confirmation but when I arrived to pick up they could only offer a 5x9 at a higher price. I should have been offered the larger trailer at the agreed price but the clerk said he was unable.
Several Uhaul locations are closer, but these guys ALWAYS provide great customer and equipment support. Will continue to patronize this location.
My experience using U-Haul couldn't have been worse. I made a reservation for a 20 foot truck which was confirmed, and the location was a 7 minute Uber drive from my residence in Seatac, WA. At 7 o'clock the night before I was informed that my U-20' Haul, that my 20 foot U-Haul was not going to be at the scheduled location in Auburn Washington. Instead, it was going to be in North Bend Washington which was more than $100 in Uber fees. The owner of that location in North Bend couldn't have been more rude and offered no solutions to my problems other than to say, â€œThis is the way U-Haul works, they screw up all the time in one-way rides and you're on your own buddy.â€ Fortunately, I was able to get through to the U-Haul 24/7 number after waiting about 45 minutes on hold and she told me to call a different phone number at 7 o'clock the following morning. I made the call and the only vehicle available was a 15 foot U-Haul in Maple Valley Washington. That would have been approximately $50 in Uber fees. It's not so much about the money it's the fact that all of my items could not fit in a 15 foot U-Haul and I literally had to throw away living room furniture chairs my bicycle and another dozen items which would not fit into a 15 foot U-Haul. In my opinion you owe me about $5000 in the cost of items I had to take down to the local dump not once but twice. Needless to say, I will never be using U-Haul again and as the lovely gentleman out in North Bend said you can go fuck yourself.â€

Like car rentals you need to give the customer a full tank of gas. When the customer brings it back they must fill the tank fully again. This would allow customer to pay for what they used. I only had 1/4 tank when I rented the truck. Not sure how much gas we would use so I put in 40.00 of gas or 3/4 tank. When I turned the truck in the gas was at 1/2 tank so I ended up paying for 1/4 tank I didn't use. |Now the next customer gets 1/2 a tank and I have helped them out based on my own lost gas money. I won't rent again if at all possible as this is a very unfair way to do business. I will let others know that it is run this way also. Not good!!
The station is a local one and very busy. It was difficult to even find a place to park to go in and finish the paperwork. We then had to drive to another location (very close by) to pick up the trailer.
I felt for the guy who helped me as he had to drive to the lot. But he was very helpful and easy to work with. Overall the lot is a great one as it has lots of room to move the vehicles.
Hi! This might sound like a minor thing but driving the van home at night was a little scary because the windshield was really dirty on the inside and with the reflection of oncoming headlights it was difficult to see. The gentleman that checked us in was awesome!
