They didn’t have a key drop box ANYWHERE. We circled the building like 400 times and there was nothing. It was around 11:30 pm and we had a VERY long and exhausting day of moving and just wanted to drop the truck off and go home and sleep, but we ended up being there for 30-45 minutes desperately trying to figure out a good place to park the 20’ truck and where to leave the keys so we could FINALLY go home... After a while, we gave up our search for a key drop off box and called the owner. We had to try a couple times but he did answer the second time and he was not apologetic about so much of our time being wasted due to the lack of a key drop off and he told us to leave the keys under this outdoor standing ashtray next to the building. Then he apparently didn’t even communicate that with his employees because the next morning they called me to ask where I left the keys!!! The employee I talked to was very nice, so no complaints there, but the owner didn’t seem to understand how to run a U-Haul business or why we were annoyed about having to wander the property forever looking for the nonexistent key drop off and then find his number and call him in the middle of the night. It is absolutely CRAZY that a U-Haul drop off location had basically no good place for us to park a 20’ truck and literally didn’t have a key drop off anywhere.

Actually respond to a customer. I have been trying to reach a manager from this location for over a month. Always been handed off to someone who isn't. My uhaul wasn't ready for me on my moving day and I had to pay more for a truck that I didn't want! Terrible location and I won't be using uhaul in the future when I move.

The only problem I had was the website did not tell me I needed a third contact since I was the contract holder and my husband was the driver. It caused a 30 minute delay which threw our whole moving schedule off. However, the customer service was excellent. The agent on the chat was friendly and helped us resolve our problem and the guy at Cheveron was very friendly as well. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen, the friendly helpful attutudes made all the difference.

Have more than an 1/8 tank of gas in truck. If 24/7 is unavailable, don't have the option to choose it. Woke up early only to find I had to wait for the place to open, and then had to wait for the "U-Haul" guy to show up. Then, having to drive to pick up the truck (luckily, I had a car instead of being dropped off). To top it off, the latch got jammed while the door was in the open position. After a day of loading the truck, to have to spend 30 minutes trying to get the door down was not fun. Mileage rate much higher than the mileage rate for the Maple Valley Storage U-Haul a mile down the road. And it's better run and more efficient store. If I need a U-Haul again, it won't be from Chevron.

Great service and all staff is very informative and supportive. They deserve to be properly recognized. It is sad that they do not offer a night drop box but theft has caused this. Very sad that thieves would to do things to U Hauls.

Bill statement was not correct when I received as I had left the truck with a full tank. Need to do a better job of checking in the trucks. Requesting a refund of $19.00 on my receipt to my credit card.

The only issue is that the trailer I rented is pretty large and heavy not to have a tongue jack. As the office was closed when I returned it I was lucky another customer dropping off a trailer helped me to disconnect.

Truck was not available for rent the day of the reservation due to a computer problem. We had to wait another 24 hours before we could pick up the truck. This left us with a driveway full of furniture under a tarp in the rain all night. There needs to be a manual back up process for when the uhaul computers aren't working.

When choosing the UHaul place close to us, the website stated that the office was open 9 to 5 daily. After booking and trying to arrange a time for pickup, we found out the office closed at 11 am requiring us to rescheduling the contract and our time. The website should let people know that this site had limited hours and didn't follow the 9 to 5 as stated. I would have gone to a different place that was convenient to our timing. All in all, it worked out and I didn't have to pay for 3 days.

No employees on site when I arrived. Seat belt in the truck was broken. Truck was dirty. Got checked in by gas station employee which took over 30 minutes. I got charged for items I declined on my reservation, and nobody will reply to my email.

1. The cab and truck was FILTHY. But yes I cleaned it before and after I moved my home with your equipment. 2. Requested dolly not left in truck (after hours pick up) 3. Drove about 19miles out of the way to go back to the Chevron to ask for the dolly since I REALLY needed it. To be treated by a rude worker with no clue or even a apology. (Shouldnt I be reimbursed milage? And for my time?) I couldnt be more displeased.

The forward-back seat adjustment on this particular vehicle was difficult- needs lubed or fixed so drivers can have proper position to fit their leg length. This Maple Valley location is convenient, has reasonable parking and is convenient for getting gas. The counter rep was proficient and friendly.

This location was far from my home. I reserved my rental for the location nearest to my home. U-Haul changed it. :( Other than that, I had a good experience with U-Haul.

It was a little confusing where to drop the truck and where to turn in the keys. Also, it was impossible to drive our two 26 foot trucks into the Chevron station to fill them with gas before turning them in, because the Chevron drop off location was in a crowded and high traffic area, with not a lot of space for navigating the trucks.

It started out that I received a truck that had not been inspected as the door was jamming. I finally had to contact Uhaul to Fix this and lost the morning. I was on hold for quite awhile, the message tried to get me to use the app for this, which did not work, it could not find my GPS signal which I had allowed the app to access (never have a problem with any other app). I finally got someone to come out, and the cable was cut on one side to make it possible to access the truck, though it was still tricky, with a little finesse I could get in and out of the truck. I also had to lubricate the ratchets to get them to operate properly. I was on a tight time table trying to get to new Mexico as my mother was going into hospice and I was to be her primary care taker. Due to the loss in loading time and messing around with the app, and waiting on technician, we lost our sleep time and was late getting started. About eight or so hours into the trip, the truck broke down going over a pass. We were stuck on the side of the highway again waiting on a tech to come help us. We were told this frequently happened for this pass. Which made me wonder why would Uhaul not use equipment that was able to handle the most rigorous of passes. We arrive at our destination to late to meet with doctors and nurses to be instructed on careing for my mother, also just before closing of the Uhaul center we thought we were going to store with. All he was interested in was leaving, and would give no assistance. We left the car dolly there We dropped truck off at another location, which that location was very helpful. All the problems we encountered were preventable, a basic precheck of the truck would have revealed a sticky door, an adequate transmission cooler would prevent transmission overheating. I have made several attempts to resolve these issues with Uhaul, and have been basically blown off over three weeks. They won't return calls, even claiming to have called when they haven't. They offered a thirty dollar coupon which is an insult for all the trouble. The final analysis id's that in my opinion I can no longer put my trust in Uhaul to provide trouble free equipment, or give any kind of customer service when things go wrong.

The hours posted on the U-Haul website didn't match the location's actual U-Haul hours. By pure luck I went in 2 hours before my reservation time thinking I could get an early jump on what I needed the trailer for, and it's a good thing I did because the U-Haul desk would have been closed by my reservation time and I would have been out of luck. I've rented trailers here a few times and because of the layout of the facility they have typically asked me to hook up the trailer myself (fortunately I know how) and then drive up to the office for an inspection. This time the employee actually came down and hooked up the trailer for me, which I appreciated.

The trailer had a flat tire before it was rented. it was filled with air but was flat again within an hour of leaving the shop. I had to call for roadside assistance which took 2-3hrs in total longer which prevented me from finishing the work i had planned in the single day. Now i need to rent another trailer for the following weekend which takes my time and more money

I was scheduled to pick up this trailer in my home town which was scheduled and confirmed three days earlier but the trailer was rented out from under me to someone who rented a more expensive one way rental the day before I was to pick it up. This should never happen.

This place was terrible the guy was nice but not helpful at all he told me to park the trailer in a location, that he pointed to on google maps and then I went back there and it was a tiny parking lot and i was in a 20 foot truck and could not see my trailer it was awful.

The service attendant has little to no customer care. Not unprofessional but curt and completly un involved in the consumer experience. Also he was uninterested in being helpful. I felt like I was inconveniencing him for being a customer. Poor overall location and experience.
