We rented a car dolly. We literately brought it back put the car on it. The car didn't fit on it. Brought it back within 15 mins. And they won't give a refund! We didn't even use it. How is it our fault it didn't fit? The car was not in running order so we couldn't take it there to check first. It said his car would fit, we trusted their word. Never again! Now I'm out $64! And my car is still stuck 2 hours away.Ryan C.

The problem I had with U-Haul didn't have anything to do with the rental location. The problem was that the call center did not seem to know where the rental centers were in my pick-up location. The location identified for my pickup was in fact not a U-Haul center and I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with U-Haul helping them realize that several sites that they though represented them in fact did not. Get it together U-Haul. Fairway Tire Center in Lenoir, NC was excellent. They were very helpful and provided me with a clean fairly new vehicle for my out of town trip.John E.

I would recommend the location again but not uhaul! Paid 115 to rent the uhaul and then had to pay another almost 100 when returned it. That's crazy! Only used the uhaul for in town move. Cleaned the trailer. Left it with more gas than when I got it. And want to charge me 210 dollars total. I will never get another uhaul.BELINDA O.

I checked yes that the equipment was clean and well maintained, because overall it was. However, the weather cracking I noticed on one of the tires of the trailer ended up being an issue 2,000 miles later. It would not have been a problem for someone renting it for a smaller trip...but it could have been a huge issue for my family and I. We were lucky and so was U-haul that it didn't blow at a bad time on the road. I'm glad I checked it at our rest stop when I did.Frank Y.
Thank you for the service, Wesley was very helpful and the truck was in great condition and clean. The one thing I would recommend is for Wesley to get additional help with checking people in and out to get them on the road asap. He was the only one and when I got to the location at my scheduled time, there were others ahead, I had to wait about 30 -40 mins to gt the rental and start my day for loading and traveling.Virginia L.

I rented a truck in Concord NC this spring and did not receive the level of customer service that I did this week at Fairway. Thanks again for all your help. I made a reservation fort a 10-footer from a location that in actuality only had two 26-footers. Had to go to another location. I spent 55 minutes on the phone (half of that on hold) just to get my truck. Everyone with whom I dealt in person or on the phone was very helpful.Reed P.

The truck I ordered was not available until 3 hours after I had it schedule. The phone number on the reservation was not correct so I was not aware of this. There was a larger truck available, but there was no compensation for the larger truck. Also found that there was a wasp nest in the passenger side door jam, and my son was almost stung several times. Wesley was very polite, but said he was not able to accommodate the issues because it was a busy weekend, even-though I took a truck he did not have reserved and returned it early enough that he could rent it again that day.DENISON L.

One of the dollies we ordered was not supplied. THE MOVING HELP WE PAID FOR WERE THE WORST MOVERS WE HAVE EVER HAD. IT TOOK US TWO DAYS TO MOVE WITH MANY OTHER PEOPLE HELPING. THEY WERE ON THEIR PHONES THE ENTIRE TIME, STANDING AROUND, ETC. THEY SHOULD NEVER BE USED BY ANYONE FOR A MOVE.Marcy R.
