When we picked up the truck, everything was clean but when we started the truck the radio was on full volume and when the music came on it scared my wife.

We were NOT told that we would be charged $25 for not folding the towels. That was very disappointing. No one will read the fine prints in a contract and for that reason alone I would not recommend renting again.
