When we picked up the truck, everything was clean but when we started the truck the radio was on full volume and when the music came on it scared my wife.Dale M.

We were NOT told that we would be charged $25 for not folding the towels. That was very disappointing. No one will read the fine prints in a contract and for that reason alone I would not recommend renting again.Kim B.

When I was returning the truck, the old male Caucasian behind the desk asked â€œdid you put gas?â€. I find it unprofessional especially I am a paying customer and this isn't my first or second or even third time renting a uhaul truck. I think there is no need to ask such question since it's already in the contract that if the customer failed to put gas then there will be an extra charge. Then do just that incase. It sounded like as if I'm returning a grandpa's truck that I borrowed for fucking free.Adrian P.
