I called on satuday and the lady I spoke with said we could drop off our truck during your closed hours and just to put the keys in the drop off box. No mention of an app or website was made. We dropped it off Saturday evening around 5:30 pm which was EARLY. We had a reservation till the next morning. Then I get an email that we are charged an extra day. I called today to get this sorted, someone said they would call me back and never did. Please call me at 408-460-7729

I was never given a formal copy of the inspection of vehicle or pictures documented with time and day prior to my rental of said vehicle and upon return, the woman working behind the desk and manager representing the company whom was not present upon return of vehicle attempted to claim damages to the vehicle i returned. When asking to provide photos of the vehicle dating prior to my rental and after the last renter, no evidence provided because they did not exist. When asking for a copy with time and date of inspection prior to my rental and after the previous renter - i was told i would have received that via email or text. I asked the woman to provide me a copy of said email sent with these documents, she referred the uhaul site and said she did not have it. While in her presence and on video stating she was preset and corroborated, i went through my emails with nothing but a confirmation email. When clicking the link my phone was sent, Again was led to a confirmation page but nothing else. The entirety of the inspection and providing said evidence was shown to the woman making these claims. I simply asked to view and review the condition of the vehicle prior to renting and after previous renter, was given nothing. Also never received the email with pictures of vehicle with dates and time of inspection, the inspection itself or anything related to the cosmetic or electrical conditions of the car prior to rental or following previous renter. Whatever damages were claimed to have happened to the vehicle were not in my presence nor in the physical possession of myself or anyone listed. Also, the lack of evidence given on rental date and today is a breach of the contract signed. Today’s date of 06/07/2019 i have sent an informal demand letter via email to uhaul itself and the affiliated uhaul distributor in regards to request for arbitration letter. I would like to resolve this issue civilly and calmly, but with so many procedural errors and denying access to documents or not given any proof of such existing - claims in that regard would be consider fraudulent and in contempt of perjury. Get someone who knows what they are doing to check in/out. Make sure equipment is cleaned and ready! Make sure all damaged spots are marked! There were several damaged parts not marked and the lady said oh its fine! Had to take several pics and a video! Couldn’t get the uhaul app to take pics.

I thought the emphasis on the online booking was extreme. While it worked well during initial booking, it went way downhill when trying to check the truck out. I took 3 selfies that were rejected. I spent an extra 23 mins trying to resolve until finally the extremely helpful human staff checked me out in 3 mins.

After I ordered a 26 ft. truck online and called the Summerlin location to verify they had the vehicle available for me to rent, I received a call 6 hours later telling me I had to rent it at at different location because it was not available at the Summerlin location. On the rental day, it was an extremely slow process to rent the vehicle, although I had already reserved it online. The representatives were very slow and didn't acknowledge anyone that walked in. There was a substantial line that grew from 8 a.m. when it opened to 9 a.m. because of how slow the representatives were. I requested 2 dollies and blankets. The representative was in a huge rush. She told me the vehicle had the dollies and blankets inside and left me with the key.. When I arrived at my location to load the truck up, there were no dollies or blankets.

the amount of drop offs is WAY too much for the space that is there. It was a nightmare trying to fit a truck and trailer into the small space. Also the app for after hours drop off is not easy to use.

Very helpful and staff seems to have a sense of urgency for the customers. They understand about getting going and returning. Location is very tight fit, can be difficult to maneuver Vehicles in and out when busy.
