Truck was very clean and ran well
To small of a location and very hard to get in and out. Location was to close at 4 we arrived before 4 and they were already closed and gone. People were piling up trying to return. Equipment

No spanish speaking and didn't help us very well , we said no on insurance and they charged it anyway went from 29.95 to 80 dollars for what ..? Bad bad bad and they talk back to you when you try ti fix the problem we returned very good and in time
We have such a bad experience they over charged us and lied to the company saying it was Empty fuel when we filled it in before We dropped it off so they charged us 135 dollar More .
24/7 checkout was not working. I could not get past the location portion of the process ... I even used two devices to try. Please update the process to allow us to type in the location or select from a drop down.
Parking was very limited

Vehicle was a danger to be on the road. The steering had 30-35 degrees of free play without moving the wheels. When the steering engaged the wheels, it was sloppy even more. Then, the sliding door to the storage area got stuck up in the ceiling. I could not get it down no matter what I tried. The spring and roller were covered with scaly rust. Then, I had issues with getting the equipment I ordered. Major issues there. They forgot to give me an appliance dolly. I specifically ordered it. Long story.
They were very nice and helpful and I will go back to rent trucks from them for future moves.

The 26' truck I was returning after 5PM basically had no place to be parked...too little space outside the storage area. The office was closed at 5 PM.
Nice functional van
It's rare that I have an experience like this with a company. Customer service in my opinion has hit an all time low in society today. So when I have an experience like the one with this company certainly appreciate it and pass on my experience with upper management. Everyone at this UHaul location especially Brandy were so kind and considerate that it truly made my experience a pleasure. I will faithfully use this location for all my truck rental needs and will go out of my way recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience and brightening up my day it's greatly appreciated.
Clean, accommodating, fun atmosphere
Used this location one other time and had a problem but this time it was perfect. Thank You Ladies for fast service. Just wish there was more room to move around but it does work.

The overall experience was pretty cut n dry. My complaint is with the Mobil Check In process . It's is made very clear in all the confirmation texts and emails I received prior to pick up ... the most efficient and cost effective way to check in, is to have the first half or so done pre - pickup . In the steps the customer has to list a reference or contact who must answer the phone . First of all these contacts should be called to confirm pre check in as well! I ended up standing in the hot NV SUN while the agent msged me 3 separate times to say I must provide yet another ! When I know for fact they had already verified the 1st person I had named ! (In my pre check in ! ) After30 minutes .. of waiting for the â€œAll clearâ€ I get notified that it took too long and I now don't get Mobil check in! I then have to go into the office , wait in line, just to go thru half the process all over again !!! Your staff was very nice. The cargo van I rented was in good condition . But needless to say I was late to pick up my new couch and almost didn't make that meeting in time! That would have ended up costing me an extra day ..I don't think Uhaul would have comped that.... hopefully my experience can help save a future frustrated customer !
Not having to be on hold forever when calling in
My truck's air conditioner was not working and it was 110F outside. When I told the office upon returning the the truck, staff was aware of issue before hand and didnt attempt to correct matter. Not even a small discount to cost was given. Not the best experience from UHAUL
The $20 after hours drop off was never explained. Not a single employee was wearing a mask not had a mask. The employee that "cleaned" the truck prior to my use had no gloves, no mask, and no cleaning supplies when they went to the truck nor when they left the truck. There was no seal on the dolly which wasn't there when I picked up the truck. I explained this and the employee still tried to charge me. There is a state wide mask mandate in Nevada and employees and customers are required to wear masks at all times when inside.
Staff was friendly and professional. Truck was nice and clean. Appliance truck strap had a small fray that was right by the d-rings when I snugged the furniture piece down, but that was the only possible complaint, as it was otherwise in very good shape. (Only other complaint was having to move furniture in 110 F in Las Vegas in August, but I blame my wife for the scheduling ;-) )
