I was charged for a dolly and told it was in the truck but when I arrived at the moving location, the dolly WAS NOT in the truck. I had to go back to the UHaul location to get the dolly (additional mileage) and was told I would NOT be charged for it but I was anyway. I sent two emails and called and spoke to a guy who "left a message for the manager" to call me. That was 10 days ago and I still have not heard from anyone.

First off when I got to he location a guy was yelling at the manager on staff (good sign to take off) then after the angry customer left the manger and other staff started laughing at the customer. So I get my rental and they send me off in a truck that had a appliance dolly that I did not request also they left the back open and that dolly almost fell out on the way home. Luckily I was only driving around my area because the truck sounded like it was on its last leg. Well after the move I turn in the truck get my statement in my email and you would think ok well that’s that......wrong. Woke up to another charge of like $100 when the original charge was like $55. They said I drove 60miles when I only drove 15miles. I got 2 emailed statements with 2 totally different prices. Well I called the store and they said they can’t refund my money so after going around with all that I finally got a 1-800 number and that took a lot longer But finally got it taken care of but I will think twice before renting a uhaul especially not from this location.

I had an appointment to pick up a truck at 8 am. I arrive at the location at 7:55am I waited until 8:30 am for a manager to arrive because the associate did not have keys. I wasted my time for 30 minutes and I had to pay people for 30 minutes that they did nothing because your employees were not on time. My time is money. I don’t appreciate wasting my money. I wasn’t even offered any type of compensation for your companies blatant negligence.
