Too hard to pull in park had regular cars in the only spots for uhauls. It was after hours why were reg cars park in little area

The staff at this facility are wonderful in every way. Both ladies are super efficient, professional and extremely helpful. We found this facility to be an outstanding representative for the UHaul experience and would highly recommend it to everyone. We have spoken about this faciltiy and the outstanding service provided to many of our family members and to friends. We shall also be using this facility again in all our future needs. Same as before. I dropped off here but UHaul wanted me to drop off a LOT further away. If you want me to drop off some place else, don't give me the option to choose somewhere closer

Better control of inventory. I rented a trailer for 8 hours, to be returned after closing. I was given a code for the gate. I returned the trailer later that evening to the same spot where I checked it out. However, the next afternoon I received a message asking when I would return the trailer. I called back and said it was already returned to the place I got it and gave the slot number. Also: The prior time I rented a trailer, I reserved a 5x8. when I showed up, the system said it wasn't available. So they rented me a 6x12 instead. (note: I saw at least 2 5x8 trailers in the lot why going to get the 6x12). The next day when I returned the 6x12 they said that they thought it had been stollen, and two different managers asked to see my contract. they were amazed to see that I had actually rented it. it looks like they put in the system that the non-existent 5x8 was rented, instead of the 6x12. Still, the people are really nice there and always get me in and out quickly.

I used them recently to MOVE for 1st time in 15yrs, and they were incredibly efficient & professional... Then again for My overstuffed garage transfers I used their smallest $19.95 a day Truck. Everything went as I planned, including a simple phone call communication to add an extra day for Garage transfers. I dropped off the Truck handed them my key & was out the door, literally, 5 min. later with a... "Tell all your Friends about Us! (and) THANK YOU!" They were such a KIND & PLEASANT STAFF... Definitely will return and WILL be sure to tell my friends in Las Vegas, Nevada! Sincerely "60 Year Resident"

The mileage on the truck was incorrectly logged when I picked up the truck. Staff said they "would change it." The mileage I was charged for was not adjusted from my original estimated mileage. Some staff were helpful and others were just okay.

The truck was dirty, and made a lot of noise. It's very old and definitely needs to be retired. The woman who worked the desk, Emilie, was incredibly friendly. I had actually spoken to her the day before, regarding my rental with some questions, and she was incredibly friendly, even over the phone. I told her that she was friendly because it's important to tell people that. She should be recognized. Her check in and out process was very easy.

Horrible the way they charge for gas. I was 1/8 th under and gas was 15.00 where in the hell is gas 15 dollars a gallon at.... thiefs. Never ever will I give uhaul sy business

Failed to check in trailer on day it was brought in, then charged for a late day. Even after I told them equipment was brought in the day before. 2nd time something like this happened at this location. Feel like this location tries to nickel and dime customers.

Horrible experience, employees children running around the office, staff I'll informed, bad customer service on Saturday. When I picked up staff was professional, popped in on Saturday because they were calling and calling during my move, then started calling my references not even five minutes after dialing my number. So I went into office to pay 💰 then she wouldn't take cash. Old heavy set lady with painted on eyebrows was extremely rude. Three days later I'm just receiving my final bill and email with charges. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible

VERY professional, wonderful Customer Service!!! We were in&out of the building within 15 minutes! The "RETURN" was a bookend of quality service. My paperwork had my tank as full. When I took the 10' truck from the location I didn't notice 1/8 of a tank was missing. I called them and they took care of the problem.

My unit was broken into and they called my disconnect phone and when couldn’t reach me they stopped. No attempt to email. When I went in a week after the u it had been vandalized they told me that it was my fault I was not contacted because my phone number was wrong. Their behavior was completely rude and unprofessional. When I asked when it had been broken into no one could tell me, but they did say they weren’t reporting it to police that this was my responsibility. I got a truck and moved my remaining things out that same day. Completely lacking in all aspects and not a place to ever consider trusting with your items.

Worst Storage facilityI have ever used, never got a gate code so could only go in during hours the office was open, staff gave excuses every time I asked for the code. Cancelled after one month, easier to use higher price storage down the road with better staff

Only had a few problems over many years. Dumb customers parked Uhaul trucks when returning at night that blocked gate. Maybe put up signs or paint yellow stripes. Second, something should be done about the stray cats. There are a lot of them running around and I see them every time I went to the facility. They broke into my boat and destroyed the interior.

In the past, I have worked with a few big companies as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Here is my improvement advice to Sr. Management. 1. There should be an online payment system instead of calling on the phone for the payment. 2. Employees were not dressed well as compared to other storage. 3. Lighting is not very good. 4. There should be a restroom. I saw a few people looking for the restroom. 5. There are not many pallets. I saw only 1 pallet in my area. Once I saw a few people just waiting for the pallets.

Besides prices going up unexpectedly, I have no complaints about thw service offered. It was the most reasonably priced facility in May 2021, and it's in a fairly good neighborhood and location.
