First of all I was sent to a location where they did not have a truck available second the place I went to the owner was rude and did not care when I told him I asked him what are you going to do about it and he did not care. I will not take that a as business owner myself. I wasted a alot of time to get my move done because everything was screwed up. Will never recommend this place again.

I called before I came to this location to confirm they had the truck I needed and that I could come pick it up (they said yes). When I arrived (5 min later) they told me that they were about to close and so they wouldnt help me. They told me I had to use the new uhaul.com 24 hour rental. It was incredibly difficult and frustrating. The staff at the location were not very helpful or knowledgeable on how the online system works. And when I called the 1-800 number they were also not helpful or knowledgeable. I stood outside of this location in the cold for an hour trying to get the key for my truck. In addition the system refused to let me rent the truck I actually wanted. Even though the staff on location assured me it was available. As a result I ended up having to settle for a different truck, since that is all the online system would allow me. The whole experience was pretty awful. I wouldn't have even gone through with it and wasted my money on this company if I didn't absolutely need it. I can't believe I spent 70$ on a company full of untrained employees who clearly have no interest in helping their customers.

The guy that checked me out made adjustments because mileage was off and gas was off. When I called to talk to someone about it, the guy acted like it was ridiculous that I was calling for a 2.16 refund. Said I had to come by with receipt to get the 2.00 back. He was kinda rude. I rent from u haul a lot, check you records

I consider myself not the average customer... I washed the inside and outside of the trailer before returning it. Typical of most U-haul trailers, this trailer had a lot of dead bugs on the exterior and the wheel rims were very dirty. Although most customers probably do not care about how the trailer "looks" as we are not going to a parade, I think some type of regular exterior washing should be considered. Thank you.

Your equipment broke down. No dash board lights, tail lights, low on brake fluid,and brakes were not functioning properly. Check oil and check brake lights were buzzing and going off. Instead of telling us the truck had been serviced 3 weeks ago,the store manager should have sent us anot here truck. He was rude and not accommodating to fix the problem. Your customer support Center was wonderfull and very helpful, but your Sierra Hwy store manager needs lessons on providing descent customer service

Had went into rent a U-Haul manager told me 160 flat fee one day drop off unlimited miles I bring it in to drop it off and says I went over the 65 mile limit horrible service lying to a customer to rent uhaul.!

1. Understand the upsale. 2. The employees will offer the most expensive solution, less expensive solutions must be mined out of them. 3. Takes an hour to complete transaction.

The only con that I have is that the gate could not be lowered to the ground. The chains that hold the gate were welded and I couldn't remove them to lower the gate to the ground. Other than that, I like this location for all of my rental needs.

The cab of the truck was dirty and had not been wiped down in ages. That is the first thing I did. The ride was excessively bouncy for a fully loaded 26' cargo truck. At times I was lifted off the seat, and no I was not speeding. The driver's door did not seal, creating a horrendous wind noise that gave me a headache during my 12 hour trip there and again on the return. Caution, they charge for the UNOPENED packages of blankets you don't use. When I talked to the manager, Matt, all I got were excuses. He blamed everyone from corporate to previous customers. Stay away from this Uhaul.

Thieves, left a zipper-folder with documents with no value to anyone but me, and a few dollars, next day truck was gone, went to other office where truck was moved, they did not see it either. I did not care about the money, I just wanted the papers I had in the folder.
