Your advertising is FRAUDLENT. $29.95... and you say nothing about self moving fee of $14 and mileage fee of $.89/mile plus wanting to charge us $50 for gas, when we had only used 5.5 gallons of gas, so we went and had it filled up for $15. Your representing a truck rental at $29.95 is no doubt FRAUD. But thank you for the truck for 4 hours... for $85+ we paid the $15 for gas. And a towing light came on when we were not towing anything. And after asking the supplier, was told we'd be called back and no one did. Wanted to pick up closer to the move location, so after calling repeatedly at DeWolf Lumber, we were repeatedly rerouted to 5 miles further east, which of course added to mileage coming and going.

Express checkout is a joke, every time I have come to this store it has been a stressful frustrating experience. The customer service sucks! Inconsiderate, overcharged, and SLOW! I don't understand why I had to rent a bigger truck than I needed and was able to leave a hundred dollars deposit but not for a pickup truck......makes no sense! I only used them this time due to an emergency but never again!!!! I recommend that you run from this place . Several other customers walked out complaining as I was there and they did not care.

Really hard to get a rental. First we went in person and were told only ten footer no ramp was available. Then after looking around town and multiple phone calls to no avail we called to see if they had a cargo van or anything as we were desperate. Guy on the phone says well we have a 20' here....we'll great we will take it & why have I been driving all over town and burning out my cell phone when we were told the biggest available was 10' truck??? Truck served its purpose, but customer service needs to get their facts straight.

Lazarndo (the black bald gentleman) was excellent. He provided grade A customer service. As someone who has worked as a customer service manager for over 15 years. Let me drop off the car carrier and truck separately which really helped with moving into the new place. Maybe the guy was new, but did not seemed concerned about the bedbugs (even after showing all the bites). Was at least going to get the power steering fixed. Asked about getting reimbursed for the power steering fluid had to add on the trip, was told would get a call from the manager and never did.

The online reservation tool sneakily changed the location to the U-Haul in a different city. By the time I noticed it was too late resulting in easily 15 extra miles. Not happy. Wouldn't recommend U-Haul in general. The location was clean but I was never greeted. Just told to wait outside in line. The worker who checked me in didn't say anything other than shout the total at me. I work customer service so I know things happen and I won't bad mouth the location or U-Haul I just won't personally use them again.

My complete order was jacked up, last minute notifications, wrong addresses and destinations, and excess 310 miles combined with the normal 210, wanted to charge me for excess mileage when Uhaul was the one who screwed it up, I regret cancelling Penske for Uhaul, and then they wanted to charge me per mile for a roundtrip when it was already 310 in excess. the 4 hour trip became a ten hour trip. NEVER AGAIN, and I am writing to corporate. How can I unload the truck with a car on the back, or drop a car in one location and the truck in another....what about my vehicle, who's gonna drive that? Uhaul is incompetent, their last minute texts on my phone is obvious of that, they had no clue and caused me extra miles on my personal vehicle, a wasted day and undue stress and a loud argument with the Cali Uhaul regarding added on charges due to Uhaul themselves.

The trailer made it all the way across country and the service there was wonderful. The trailer however was really dirty inside. I tried to clean it out as best as I could but still all my things were very dirty when I took them out at my destination. The tires were iffy....they made it but when I asked at pick up they said "well if you get a flat call this number" that concerned me but I drove slow and prayed!!

I was told I could pick up the truck at a closer location then received a text the day before saying a different location much further from us. When I called to ask about it the lady I spoke with on the phone talked to me like I was an idiot and kept cutting me off mid sentence. I was also told I would receive a $50 credit for the inconvenience of the last minute location change and never received it. Picking up the truck was easy and painless. Same with dropping it off. I felt bad complaining to the guys at the store about the $50 credit because they were so nice and helpful! The lady I had first spoken with over the phone should not work in customer service!
