When processing someone credit or debit card they should know to contact their merchant account in a timely manner if the card goes through the first time and decline the second time of running it. It impacted my whole day negatively because of their incompetence. I spent almost an hour an half in this facility because their management could figure it out. My bank was on my speaker phone trying to tell the what to do they would not comply. In the future this location need to get a better networking system so there not accusing the customer of a declined card. Despite the negative interactions they have with client's they need to process people out in a professional manner an be well informed by upper management.

Rented a small utility trailer. Both pickup and drop-off went smooth as silk, especially the drop-off, in light rain. Employee shared umbrella as we were unhooking, couldn't have been easier. Five thumbs up!! (oh, wait...I only have two! Five up anyway!)

So California was extremely over priced and if I would known the price I would have made different arrangements. In rented a trailer from you 17 months ago in Elko and it was one third the price so I didn't think anything of it.

This was the worst customer service experience in my entire life. The gas meter was not printed correctly the gas gage was almost on E. When I finally realized upon return I was overcharged for gas. I returned the car key with the exact amount that was in the car. To make matters worse the manager Danny was very rude and condescending and discriminatory. He and the other employee a young lady was snickering. I felt humiliated I was overcharged due to errors on both myself and the young lady Savannah. However, the way in which the manager handled the situation was sub par. He especially was agitated when I reminded him of my friend Jamaal Butlers rental experience when they sent him out with a truck with a broken gas line that he discovered while attempting to put gas the empty gas tank (which they also sent him out on a empty gas tank) gas leaked all over the ground. Just to highlight that errors can be mAde. We will be locating his contract number as well. Nevertheless, I returned the truck with the same amount of gas I left with even if the contract did not reflect that . Which was my mistake I noticed the tank was barely on E I did not cross reference the contract my credulous mistake. No one should be treated in that matter no customer or loyal patron. Does ihail offer sensitivity or customer service training to its managers. I am a hardworking nurse who would never have a problem Putting gas levels back to where it’s at especially when the drop off location was a gas station. Please return my money you stole.

A dolly was included in truck, but not asked for. Not secured, so it rolled around in empty truck. Rented truck with ramp, but it was too heavy for single person to deal with safely. Waste of money to go with that size truck for it. The interior of the cab area was NOT clean, and windows were dirty. The upside, I didn't make a reservation for my last minute need, and this truck was available. The engine was loud and gas burn was fume filled. Customer service was informative when questions asked. Rare these days.

Manager Danny is very unreasonable and unwilling to hello and serve his customers . My father is elderly and made a mistake and manager is charging my father double. My father is 70 years old and is on a fixed income. He has no empathy for people and should be ashamed of himself.

I have rented from this location many times and this was the first time the inside of the truck was dirty. Also the doors on this truck didn’t shut properly and tight.

When I got there the employee was arguing with another employee about relationship issues which I feel is very unprofessional and it set a very bad vibe in the building so I felt uncomfortable and then I was given incorrect information over the phone I was told that I didn't need to have the money on my card until I dropped it off but when I got there they wanted me to have the money on the card so I feel that their information was wrong so I went to the bank and I uploaded the cash to my card and I went back to get the truck the guy who was arguing with his girlfriend was very frustrated with me had an attitude and was very rude to me because I didn't know that they cash needed to be on my card at that time they just told me that there would be a hold placed so I didn't know and he was very upset with me and I don't feel that that was very professional. The truck was clean it drove great it was good on gas and it was easy to return but my only complaint is with the initial pick up process because I feel that there was a very bad vibe in the workplace place and the dude had a very bad attitude and I don't feel he should have took it out on me because he was arguing with his girlfriend I don't feel that that's professional.

Ensure honest & fair customer dealings. Train employees not to be rude or blame the customer for their failures to communicate. Although I told Erica the representative I needed the truck for 24hrs a contract was printed for only 6hrs. I trusted she’d print the contract up based on our interactions & my stated needs. I clarified prices for keeping the truck for 2 days & was provided with false information ($19.95/day), which was truly $19.95 for only 6 hrs. Cassie & Dale (Mgr) were rude. Mgr wouldn’t allow me to even finish a complete sentence & never called for follow up as was ensured by the call center when initial 2 complaints made. Mgr “Mam we can charge you whatever we want & don’t have to explain anything to you, because you bought the truck back late, which is why you’re going to be charged for 3 days, even if you had it for 2 days, doesn’t matter!” I was told via telephone the next morning I ‘d be charged &56.95/day, instead of the advertised & stated price of $19.95/day, for a late return & blamed for interfering with other customers reservations, by not returning the truck in a 6 hr period, although I informed the rep I’d need the truck for 2 days, after she explicitly asked me If I could have the truck back by 8:15pm. I even asked, in advance how much it would cost to keep the truck for 2 days & was quoted $19.95/day plus mileage. I was never told there was another reservation for the truck or that I’d be penalized...Buyers of services must beware & double check printed contracts because of deceptive business practices.

Improve gas guage reading at return of vehicle. The initial reading was conducted in area with vehicle facing downward on a slope. The return station is on a uphill slope. May not seem like a lot, but it cost me an extra seven dollars even after I replaced the gas used at a gas station two blocks from Uhaul facility, due to the variance of vehicle slope.
