The day I was moving my things into my storage unit, I had trouble accessing the unit because the pull-down door was off track. The first thing I did was request assistance. I never did get assistance and I had to leave. I came back and the problem wasn't resolved. Although I tried more than 10 times, I could not reach anyone by intercom or by calling the store's phone number. My phone call finally was kicked over to an overflow line (I think) and this woman tried to help but was unable. I finally went up to the u-haul store and asked for help. After going back to my unit I waited another hour to get help.
For my inconvenience, I was given a free lock for my unit. The only problem was that my storage unit was never locked. I had to go back up to the u-haul store, get the lock, go back to the unit, and then lock the unit.
Very frustrating experience. I'm a patient person and I know it was very busy this day. It wasn't anyone's fault.
