Jake was extremely helpful when our pickup time changed last minute (long drive from Philadelphia during Covid-19 lockdown). Truck was in good shape. They didn't have the furniture pads I'd requested but I think this is more an issue of U-Haul's inventory management, not at issue with the local franchise. I definitely WOULD rent from here again. THanks again Jake!

Truck was knocking while it was running the check engine light was on and transmission was not shifting right truck was very beat And didn't come with any blankets and wish we had a better running u-haul this was not taken care of.

The location was good, but it is ridiculous that I had to travel 1 and 40 minutes round trip from original pick up location because I recieved a call 2 days prior to pick up. This was not th be first time but this was totally unacceptable. You allow me.to book the location only to change it.

Everything about the drop off was horrible we were told by the pickup location to drop it off in gloversvill ny and that's what we tried to do and the people at that location were great but uhaul told us to go to a different location in johnstown and it was horrible
