Staff was great
Selina P.I included an appliance dolly with my rental and the pickup location did not have one available. I was told "but if you go to x location they should have one you can rent." I know shit happens sometimes, but I was pretty frustrated that I was told to go somewhere else to pick something up that I reserved months ago. The truck also shifts a bit funky, recommend checking it out soon.
Jared M.Only conversation had was them asking if I had the correct drop/off location and after showing text message received with address, they said okay and they would figure it out. There was no mention of extra charges.
