Charged me full amount and kept my "deposit" so I had to dispute with my bank. This is the 2nd time I've had a major problem with this location. I will NOT be back.

Selina P.I included an appliance dolly with my rental and the pickup location did not have one available. I was told "but if you go to x location they should have one you can rent." I know shit happens sometimes, but I was pretty frustrated that I was told to go somewhere else to pick something up that I reserved months ago. The truck also shifts a bit funky, recommend checking it out soon.
