The truck was in fine condition. There was not a dolly on our truck when the woman at the desk assured us that there would be and that we would not have to double check. When we called the location back she continually left us on hold for over an hour. When we called back to ask not to put us on hold she hung up on us. The only reason I am rating it as average is there was a different woman at the desk when dropping off who was amazing.Larry H.

Well...I did a contact less rental since I am a high risk for covid 19 and was obligated to go inside the office to get the keys. I think contact less should be no contact at all.Soraya A B.

I made my reservation online for the location that is literally 50 feet from where I live. However, it was changed to a location 30 minutes away without anyone letting me know the reason or discussing the change, twice. I finally called and was able to get my rental for a different day and location. It turns out the vehicle was not available at the location I selected. However, the online system still allowed me to make the reservation. The new location chosen was Philips Highway and Emerson. The rental process was smooth. However, the return process was not. I waited in the cold (48 degrees) for an hour and half until the staff returned. I called the local number that transferred me to the main number. They were able to call the location manager who said she was on her way but did not show up after 20 minutes. So I called again and was told she said she was on the premise but in the storage. However, that was not true. She was not on the premise, which can be confirmed by their cameras. The sign on the door said they were out for lunch until 1:50. The location was supposed to be open until 5 pm. I arrived at 2:38 pm and the staff did not return until 3:53 pm. The manager expressed her irritation that I did not want to just leave the key in the drop box. She was clearly annoyed with me for being called while she was away from the premise. Her incessant use of the word Sweetie after every thing she says is unprofessional and comes across as condescending. After this experience, I am not sure I would use U-Haul again. I know I will not use this location.Vanetta T.
