Gregory F.Did the mobile checkout using your phone for the first time. The process took almost an hour. I would advise anyone to avoid the mobile checkout, it takes way too long. I've used U-HAUL many times over the years and there is always damage to the truck that is not marked with the little Circle-X sticker. Way too hard to catch all of these even with multiple shots from all four sides. My truck was on empty, barely made it to the gas station and the cab floor was muddy. If the truck isn't clean, mobile checkout doesn't give you an option to clean or correct the problem. It just becomes your problem. Overall the truck worked fine, but I won't use mobile checkout again.
