Having a sign that there's available Wifi to help the process go quicker but wasn't able to find ANY Wifi to speed up the process. And took FOREVER to find the drop off Key Box. Lastly, when finalizing the after hours drop off, it was saying it was going to charge me ANOTHER charge of almost $200 even though i paid upfront and in person with a sales associate at the location. So why on earth would there be ANOTHER charge even though i already paid upfront?! Ridiculous!KENIA P.

The customer service representative that assisted me wasn't helpful. When arrived late she informed me that vehicle that reserved was canceled due me being late. I informed her that still showed active, she disagreed and told me her computer say something else. she stated couldn't help me go call 1800 uhaul. I sat outside in my vehicle called the number and the representative said they still have vehicle , I told her that lady said they didn't. She had to call that location and inform her that, I was coming back. The phone representative canceled the 2:30 reservation and put in current pickup time of 4:00. Very poor customer service. Our order was messed up big time, she gave us a different contract and wrong equipment truck was different than what our contract was. Couldn't drop off our truck because it was showing 61000 miles driven in less than 2 hours. Had to wait for Customer service online 2 hours at night 12:30am we went to drop off at 11pm. Because it was the wrong truck she gave us with different mileage ðŸ™„ Very bad experience Will never ðŸ‘Ž recommend anyone to rent from this location. The lady who was working there she was more interested in washing her personal truck their at work rather than helping customers. She messed up big time and we didn't even got a sorry form anymore neither from employees or customer service. Just terrible ðŸ‘ŽSheela I.
The store was hit by recent flooding due to a burst pipe. So, repairing that damage and returning to normal operation, with a full slate of items available for purchase will be great.David W.
