Your app does not work, I tried to pick up 15 foot truck earlier in the day, but the truck was out and was told I could I could pick up at 3:30 am which would have suited my needs. Finally had to call the number on the door. Luckily Kaleo Alau was there to help me. He went above and beyond. He had to redo my whole reservation over. And got the truck at 4:30am This was almost huge problem, I do the Dec7th ceremony every year and have to be on show site before 5am. I think you folks should scrap the app until it is working. Because, I was already skeptical about it working and at 3:30am your customer should not be worrying if the rental is there. And for Kaleo Alau you folks should give him a raise.

I was kind of disappointed I’ve paid over $190.30 and all I did is had it for two days I believe I should just rent it for 24 hours from now not two days I am not satisfy the payment was too expensive and your representatives at your office in Honolulu Were very rude how speaking to me what a disrespectful attitude the deposit was too high I would never ever read again from this company because previously I rented a U-Haul cargo van and for 24 hours and when I returned it I paid less than 100 that is including with the mileage and insurance I didn’t know it was gonna be that expensive renting it for two days I believe that is too expensive of me paying $190.30 That is very expensive and never again I will ever rent Problem that location I was supposed to bring back the cargo van before six but I bought it back before they’re returning time right now they want my money never again that is too expensive sincerely yours Edmund Rickard

This location was by far most excellent in customer service than the location in Kakaako. The young man on the phone I originally contacted was rude, he got my order messed up, there was nothing available for us when we showed up, but they did Securus a pickup truck in mapunapuna. But they did not offer any apologies for the mix-up

U-haul should not charge for an entire day when returning within an hour of the contract time. A hourly rate or prorated rate would be more customer friendly and appropriate.

Clerk Michael that assisted us was very efficient and knowledgeable, and gave us just about the best service ever encountered at a vehicle rental. Upon return person accepting vehicle made me sit-in van and turn on blinkers left right front back, step on brake to check lights and turn on head lights to see if operable. If a light bulb was out would I be responsible? Never had to do this safety check type procedure before renting a vehicle.

The staff was very helpful and understanding. It would be nice if the lot were a bit larger, as there is hardly room to enter sometimes, but at other times it is fine. All depends on how many people are there renting equipment. More than two creates a lot of congestion.

Staff was efficient and helpful however the truck rented had leaks in the roof causing puddles of stagnant, dirty water to drip and soak into furniture pieces. Also unsatisfied with storage facility at same location. Furniture and items stored were in excellent condition on date of move in but upon move out had sustained water damage and heavy coats of dust. I had already addressed the issue of dust at a previous interval; major internal cleaning had been scheduled around the time I signed up for a unit and I was never notified, I received a minor, temporary discount for my troubles. Sustaining dust and water damage would be acceptable if I wasn't spending money to store my goods in-doors away from said elements. Customer contact info is mandatory and staff are well aware of storage unit configuration, there is no roof, therefore scheduling a major dusting of interiors should be followed by notification of affected parties OR precautions should be taken to preserve contents OR both. Water damage sustained could not have come from anywhere but overhead and, due to the fact it was raining the day I moved out, I know whatever caused the damage had to have been fixed. This means that after already being informed of their negligence, the company again opted to not inform affected parties of possible concern relating to stored materials or, at the very least, notice of damages sustained. There is no discount that can cover lack of professional courtesy or the minimum respect for the belongings of others, the money I did save from the discount mentioned previously covered less than a 1/3 of the cleaning services necessary to render my furniture usable. Ya'll trash

If you use a different card to pick up the truck as when you dropped it off that pending charges will take 7 business days to go back to your card! I called customer service the lady that I spoke to was rude! She told me that it hasn’t been 7 business days yet! It was 6 business days and that I should wait and call again the next day!!!!! Poor customer service! Make sure you check your bank statement for pending charges.

THE CARGO VAN I RENTED WAS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES IN THE CARGO AREA & UNDER THE MATS CRAWLING ALL OVER ITEMS IN THE BACK AND FRONT CAB.
