Charging per day for the use of a dolly that is in a truck which has already been rented is absurd. Are you going to rent it to someone else? No. It is in the truck. This is a blatant opportunity to gouge the customer for something that should be included in the already outrageous price of renting a truck. Secondly, when a customer drives a truck for less than 30 miles over two days and the check engine light comes on, best to not have employees that ask what the customer did to cause it. Not good service to have the customer accused of braking equipment that is overused and poorly maintained to begin with. Thanks for the truck, I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. Aloha.

The service was good however, I've got to say the price I looked up was very misleading. The price for the 15' box van as advertised was $39.95 plus $1.19 per mile. Sounds pretty good, but when it was all done and said, the total came out to be $85.54 for 4 hours rental, plus I had to put $7.00 in for the gas I used. It broke down as $39.95 rental rate, $1.00 Environmental Fee, EZ Fuel Sales $8.93 (not sure what this is for because I put gas in it. $3.45 Rental Tax, and the infamous rental insurance of $14.00. If I did recommend UHaul to someone else I would make sure to tell them about all the "hidden" charges.

There is no customer parking at this location. Staff didn’t allow customers to park in the office parking lot and told us to go find street parking. Some staff were rude and unprofessional, while other staff were nice and helpful. Over all good service.

The truck was old the acceleration pedal was very touchy. Because of it, I almost got into a couple dangerous situations. Please fix it. The acceleration pedal is rather high too.

Questionable after hours drop off. Person there did not look like an employee. No uniform or name tag to identify who he was or if he actually worked there. Was hesitant to leave the truck there so we called manager and took pictures of truck and key dropped

I am a handicapped person and prior to going in that morning I called and spoke to someone regarding parking as I was going to be picking up the u haul myself as I had no one to drive me there at that time. I was informed that I would need to find on street parking as no one can park on the premises. I informed this individual that I would only be using the u haul for a couple of hours I would be returning it back the same day. He told me that they would need to talk to the manager upon my arrival but more than likely an exception will be made regarding parking. Upon arriving I parked in the handicap stall and asked about parking again and was told I needed to find street parking. I then explained to the gentlemen that I had called earlier and told him about my conversation. To make a long story short the gentlemen showed me the u haul truck and again I asked him about the parking and my conversation earlier that morning regarding they could ask the manager. His remark was that the manager was right next to him when I spoke to him and at which time he then said you can go talk to him yourself now as he was right next to me when speaking with you. I went to talk to the manager but he was assisting another customer and there was already a long line of other customers waiting so I went to find parking on the street and while walking back to u haul to pick up the truck I had to stop due to the pain of walking and to catch I breath 3 times. When finally making it to pick up the truck the lot attended in the u haul lot told me oh you have trouble walking to at which time I told him I was going to make a complaint due to how I was being treated as they made me park on the road and that I don’t know why I couldn’t have parked right there in that empty space right next to that car that was there and he said oh yeah that’s another customers car who parked there and they were in the process of calling her. I just shook my head as they did let another customer park on there lot I also told him I was only using the u haul a couple hours and bringing it right back so I didn’t understand why an exception couldn’t have been made esp since I now knew another customer was allowed to leave there card there. Upon returning the u haul back 2 hours later. I noticed the customers car was still parked there but now they filled all the other spaces with u haul trailers so no spaces was available. To my surprise they even had a u haul truck parked in the handicap stall so if a handicap person like myself came they would not be even be able to park in the handicap space. I understand the need to not have anyone park on premises but they should be able to make an exception like I was told could be done for me but wasn’t. The fact that they made a handicap person drive around to look for street parking then have me walk back in pain and short of breath is incomprehensible. Besides it also made it difficult to find street parking near by as u haul also parks a number of the

I've had two radically different experiences at this location. The first time, the service representative was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. The second time was the opposite. The rep could not have cared less, was not nearly as thorough, and was rude. Rep seemed very inconvenienced and irritated by my business.
