Location was changed at the last minute. It took 30-45 minutes to check out. I was charged for moving blankets and didn’t receive them. I was handed keys w/ the truck # on it and sent to a lot to find it on my own. No one did a walk around for damages. The printer wasn’t working so no paperwork was provided to show what I was paying for. When I called back on 11/6/17 to let them know the lady at the drop off location informed me blankets were not turned in and I explained I didn’t receive them, the same young lady who took forever to check me out indicated she didn’t know how to fix this and told me to call uhaul customer service which I did.

My reservation was sent to this location after the original location I chose did not have the equipment I selected. The man working at the mini mart was the only staff on-site, and he was unwilling to help me attach the trailer to my vehicle. He said he was not responsible for helping me. I have never been to a Uhaul location where someone did not help me attach to my vehicle, check the lights, etc. before driving off. Luckily, my husband was with me and could lift the trailer onto my hitch, otherwise I would not have been able to do it myself. I felt very uncomfortable driving off without knowing if my hitch was 100% secure or not. After we had lifted the trailer onto the hitch, the employee did come out and look very briefly and helped attached the chains, however, I still did not feel confident about how we were expected to figure it out ourselves vs. having a Uhaul employee assist. Before we left, we were also told to just bring it back when we were done and back it up into the space we got it from, no final check out or help detaching as well. Very poor customer service.

Only problem I had is that there was NO Seatbelt for the passenger!!! In North Carolina EVERY seat MUST have a seatbelt !!!!

The person keeping the desk was rude and dishonest. He intentionally overcharged me on gas and did so without allowing me to recheck his view of the odometer. I'm very disappointed with this specific drop-off location.

You people better get your collective heads out of your asses and ask for ID, but above all, quit allowing this individual to use MY EMAIL ADDRESS. I live in Canada, and am not in NC, but if I have to come to NC to straighten this out, I surely will, and the cost of travel, lodging, and gas will be charged to U-Haul in a lawsuit. Now delete my email from your system immediately. I'm quite fed up.

I requested 24 hour rental, I was a little late returning, but was charged for 3 days, rental and 3 days pad rental for pads that I didn't even use. I sent email and no one responded. I had reserved our truck at a different location because I had heard other stories about this location, and UHAUL called and changed my location. As a single mom, moving with 4 children our budget is very tight and this extra cost makes it almost impossible for us to move in our time frame. Please HELP

I booked a 3 day rental and the owner called me yesterday telling me to return it by 10am on the 2d day. I queried him and he would only offer the explanation that it had to go to Virginia. I said I booked 3 days and he responded "as long as it's back tomorrow (day 2)". The trailer got overbooked with no apologies or explanation from the owner. Not the call I wanted or expected in the middle of a move....
