It was a great experience up to the time I received the final receipt. I was charged for fuel and a fuel service charge for a FULL GAS TANK! Apparently the person (not Jackie) that checked in the van a day later didn't know how to read a gas gauge. When my call to the office was not returned, I took trip down there. The lady insisted that I did not fill up the tank, and then showed me proof... a photo of the gas gauge showing that 12/12 indication (Ram 9' van) as a full tank. You can't make this stuff up. I even picked up the van at 11/12, giving it back with more gas in it, adding more insult to injury. U-Haul better make this right!

SATOYA FThis was a great location to pick up a truck. I can't give a rating because I totally lack information. Your UHaul computer system sucks at this Compass location. The representative couldn't print a receipt for my bill to see any details for charges. I'm currently waiting and hoping for an email just to see what they are. The vehicle maintenance is ok, clean, but leaks perfusly inside the truck body getting bottoms of boxes wet. It was raining but it wasn't coming through the open door to get all the containers wet. Compass doesn't seem to have the right security rights to access UHauls system for their customers .
MAURICE MEquipment was clean and odor free. Steering on truck was very loose requiring very active steering to keep truck in the intended travel lane.
