Everything about the drop-off was horrible! The girl we dropped off with was confused and rude and called several days later to ask what we had dropped off?? I got so very frustrated with her that I had to have my husband speak to her. She apologized and said it had been her mistake. We thought nothing more about it....then the charges starting coming!!! Each day a new charge???? Seriously? Makes no since to us. We felt like the pick up should be the hard part and the drop of should be the Relief that it's over, you're done and you can breath free! Nope, not this trip. Really ?? sad.

I was suppose to check-in and get truck by following details on-line but the website would not work and kept telling me the site was not available. Luckily the manager was available to assist me with the check out through my cell phone when I called the locations phone number.

Truck I was promised wasn't there. This wasn't the customers fault, the company just overbooked and messed up and assigned me a truck that they didn't have. I had to settle with a smaller truck which made things a big hassle and I lost a lot of time that day.

I was charged for 2 days for utility dolly and furniture dolly, but the workers at this location forgot to give them to me when I picked up the truck. I went back the next day and was given the dollies. I made note of this when I checked the truck back in, yet my receipt shows that I was charged for the day that I did not have dollies. I have requested a refund for $14.00 and I am waiting for a response.

The online process and the human processes weren't aligned at all. The store seemed annoyed that I showed up. The online pick-up and drop-off were clunky at best. It was exactly the kind of experience you don't want to have while trying to move.

The truck I rented didn’t have cruise control. That’s not a critical problem, but did get old after the first hundred miles. To plan for your drive, ask what features the truck has (or doesn’t have).

Yes your new check app is not customer friendly, give your a customer a cheat sheet. I will not use Uhaul ever again, the lady at the Grover site was very rude, not friendly, my experience was not customer friendly.

The first pick up location was closed when I got there. My reservation was for 9 AM and even at 10 o’clock there was no one at that location. I made another reservation at Grover Beach location and the woman there is extremely rude, it was a very uncomfortable atmosphere and she was no help to me at all. Your customer service representatives are great, Rachel really got me through a very very stressful time and enable me to get my stuff moved. I expected A lot more courteous service that I got at that location. I believe the Nipomo location needs to be aware that they’re taking reservations when their location is clearly not open until at least 10 AM. This was a major inconvenience to me and during a very stressful time and made me even more stressed out that I was not going to be able to finish my move which had to be done today. I would appreciate someone getting back to me and addressing this these issues thank you
