Truck smelled like marijuana. Bad. Really need to clean out your trucks. Not sure how the staff could have missed the smell or how you would rent that out. Staff was kind and process was quick and easy.

If they are picking vehicle up at 9 a.m. have vehicle there the night before it’s supposed to be picked up so it’s there and ready!

I made this reservation on line. They didn't have the items that I paid for. I only received one furniture dolly and the gentleman there didn't care. I had to stop at another location to pick up the 2nd dolly . He told me he didn't charge me for the 2nd one but when I received my bill, he did.

The guy was not very friendly nor helpful. The equipment worked well but was dirty and he had just gotten in this vehicle smoking and you could smell smoke. Done how my reservations were messed up and the return time was wrong but online on my reservation is was correct.

The guy running this place is the rudest person I have ever met! I have dealt with him with four rentals in the past month, each time he was rude and short with me. He acts like I am imposing on his time. I told him I was picking up an open trailer today and he insisted I reserved an enclosed trailer. When I tried to show him my confirmation email, he refused to look at it. You can not ask him anything without him becoming extremely defensive. I requested to pick up this rental at the Greenwood location because of his rude behavior. I doubt I will ever rent from Uhaul again after today.

This was one of the most unfriendly individuals that I have ever met. It was clear that customers are quite a nuisance and inconvenience. "There aren't any blankets...don't have any for you" was blurted out...I almost mentioned that no blankets even though I made the reservation at least 5 days in advance? Turned out there were blankets in there and he didn't know what he was talking about. He was an unfriendly jerk. I'll drive ten miles farther next time if I have to, will never go back to that guy. A gruff a-hole.

While a small location with limited numbers of trucks, our vehicle was ready, clean, and drove nicely. The location is convenient to our new home. Very satisfied with the experience.

Hours were wrong both and Google and on the U-Haul website delaying the whole moving day. Not the friendlies of folk.

The person working at this location was not helpful at all, nor was he friendly. When I asked him for the 1-800 number, he could not actually give it to me in numbers to call. When I did get in touch with the people at 1-800, they were very helpful. I had my reservation number with me, but he did not have a truck available, nor did he let me know one would be coming back in the next few minutes. I found that out at a direct reservations phone number.

The man at this location does not know what he is doing & had to call someone twice to figure out how to rent the truck, told us it was how I entered it online..? He pays more attention to his dog in the shop then customers. I will not be renting from this location again.
