The staff is amazing! I had issues online with early check in. I stopped in to verify my reservation. The staff had no issues helping me out. On pick up, I was on my way before my appointment time. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.....

chaotic, and we think we rented a larger truck than what we got. In the end it all turned out ok, but it was weird. People were odd to work with.

My only concern was that after dropping off the trailer, the person said I was free to go and would get the final confirmation via email. I was a bit worried, not having any hard copy of a confirmation that I actually dropped off the trailer, that if something happened to the unit, I might be blamed for never dropping it off. I asked him to sign and date the original contract stating that I did drop off the unit, and he did without any trouble. This may be a U Haul policy and not specific to this location.

There was lack of communication, of changes of the truck size, the delays-twice of the time a truck could be picked up. U-Haul switched our pick up point from Bloomington to Greenwood, Indiana. even then the truck was not available at stated time. they said that the scheduled size truck got dropped off at a different location. Promised for another truck ,1 1/2 later and again the truck was not there.. We had to wait another hour to get a different truck. We lost a total of 5 hours that day due to missteps by U-Haul and their lack of communication by phone.

Excellent service, clean equipment, in and out, on the road in no time flat. Upon returning truck, I found my car battery dead. I had left the lift gate open. No problem, employee gave me a jump. Thanks again sir! As a Veteran, I’m used to giving, nice to receive a little help this time.

They would not honor my AAA discount ! When I reserved online and spoke to an agent they told me to present my card on day of pickup. Was supposed to be 784 total with discount for the truck and tow dolly.i am not happy about this at all. He couldn’t find my reservation because no confirmation number was found with the email I showed him . Price DID NOT show up either !! I would like a credit to my account !!! I fulled up the gas prior to return and the employee read it at 7/8 of a tank. Thisresulted in a charge to me. This was wrong and should not have happend. I didnt call to conplain. I just let it go.

I was told one price when I called and was charged a different price upon arrival. The location was unprofessional, unorganized, and the staff was rude. The truck I rented smelled like cigarette smoke. They did not tell me how many miles were on the vehicle beforehand, they did not do an inspection of the vehicle before I left. I have already complained to the customer service and they failed to resolve the issue. I will not be returning.

Truck smelled like marijuana. Bad. Really need to clean out your trucks. Not sure how the staff could have missed the smell or how you would rent that out. Staff was kind and process was quick and easy.

If they are picking vehicle up at 9 a.m. have vehicle there the night before it’s supposed to be picked up so it’s there and ready!

I made this reservation on line. They didn't have the items that I paid for. I only received one furniture dolly and the gentleman there didn't care. I had to stop at another location to pick up the 2nd dolly . He told me he didn't charge me for the 2nd one but when I received my bill, he did.

The guy was not very friendly nor helpful. The equipment worked well but was dirty and he had just gotten in this vehicle smoking and you could smell smoke. Done how my reservations were messed up and the return time was wrong but online on my reservation is was correct.

The guy running this place is the rudest person I have ever met! I have dealt with him with four rentals in the past month, each time he was rude and short with me. He acts like I am imposing on his time. I told him I was picking up an open trailer today and he insisted I reserved an enclosed trailer. When I tried to show him my confirmation email, he refused to look at it. You can not ask him anything without him becoming extremely defensive. I requested to pick up this rental at the Greenwood location because of his rude behavior. I doubt I will ever rent from Uhaul again after today.
