To let the one purchasing know that it is not the same price as advertised. My total online was 36$ but when all the mileage, insurance, fees and tax it went to 106$. They didn't even tell me the total before charging my card and I assumed it would be the 36 that was stated as the total cost when I put my card information in. I know I had to pay for mileage but didn't expect it to be 60$ worth for not 10 miles. I could have just filled the tank with that much. Extremely upset that none of this was discussed with me. I told them it was my first time renting a vehicle and they still did not explain the total, how much gas mileage is or the 20$ separate charge because the building was closed when I returned the vehicle on time at 6pm. The truck we got was a piece of junk on wheels from 2005. The truck didn't even have an interior light! It wasn't a diesel, but instead a very big and not fuel efficient gas v8â€¦ But this is seriousâ€¦ there was a literal exhaust leak in the truck, which leaked into the cab. And if we didn't roll down the windows, we might've died of carbon monoxide poisoning!! This is not a joke and is very serious! U-haul needs to get these dangerous trucks off the road!!Jonathan J.

location was convenient for our move but somewhat hard to get into. The truck, when started up, immediately, a check engine light came on. Either it was reset when the last oil change was done, or it really did only have 1% oil life left. Worrisome, but we didn't have any issues at all. Very convenient to use the mobile drop off service. All in all, it was a good experience.Lynn K.

The equipment was clean, but I did not feel the truck drove well at all. Especially in the dark none of the lights inside the truck worked so I was unable to see what speed I was going when driving when it was dark out. It definitely needed maintenance done to it before someone drove it as well in my opinion.Molly W.

I wouldn't recommend this particular location. The box truck didn't have a pull out ramp to walk your belongings up into the truck. So big and/or heavy furniture was a little harder to load but we made it work. I thought all the box trucks had the ramps but I'm not sure. I didn't ask when renting so that falls on me. So overall I am satisfied with the truck I rented. The part I didn't like was the owner of the business charging us for an extra days rental. We got the truck for 2 days after returning he added on an additional days rental fee for the truck, appliance dolly, and moving blankets. We picked up after hours (6:30 pm) so it was due back 2 days later at 6:30 pm the business closes at 5:30 pm. Since this was the case I was told it was due back before they opened the following day. So that's what I did returned before they opened and a couple hours later received additional charges to my credit card. Moving is already expensive enough without somebody taking advantage of you. I won't do business here again and I wouldn't suggest anyone else to either.Kevin M.

Rented 2 trucks here last week the first 15' was not fit to drive down the street and both had exhaust leaks had check engine lights and got 5 miles to the gallon so I'm guessing their just straight piped where the cats used to be. I will never use U-Haul again and I'm going to make a suggestion our Corporate office quits the entire Company Nationwide using them as well.BRYAN S.
They overcharged me three times and did a refund that I still don't have. Also what they charged me doesn't match what their receipts show. I am disappointed with the fuel charge that was added. When I got the truck, it was not fueled up and was just 70% of tank filled. And after returning the truck, they charged the fuel for the full tank and that is very unfair to me. I am not going to use uhaul againDwij Maheshbhai P.

All the lights on the dashboard were on. The truck had a hard time with going into the next gear, it would not exceed 50 MPH. The owner called and me so he could change the trailer I had rented and brought me a rusted out trailer where I had to add oil myself in order to use the equipment. I was not given any money off or discount for having been given bad equipment.Genita R.
