I made this reservation on line. They didn't have the items that I paid for. I only received one furniture dolly and the gentleman there didn't care. I had to stop at another location to pick up the 2nd dolly . He told me he didn't charge me for the 2nd one but when I received my bill, he did.

The guy was not very friendly nor helpful. The equipment worked well but was dirty and he had just gotten in this vehicle smoking and you could smell smoke. Done how my reservations were messed up and the return time was wrong but online on my reservation is was correct.

The guy running this place is the rudest person I have ever met! I have dealt with him with four rentals in the past month, each time he was rude and short with me. He acts like I am imposing on his time. I told him I was picking up an open trailer today and he insisted I reserved an enclosed trailer. When I tried to show him my confirmation email, he refused to look at it. You can not ask him anything without him becoming extremely defensive. I requested to pick up this rental at the Greenwood location because of his rude behavior. I doubt I will ever rent from Uhaul again after today.

This was one of the most unfriendly individuals that I have ever met. It was clear that customers are quite a nuisance and inconvenience. "There aren't any blankets...don't have any for you" was blurted out...I almost mentioned that no blankets even though I made the reservation at least 5 days in advance? Turned out there were blankets in there and he didn't know what he was talking about. He was an unfriendly jerk. I'll drive ten miles farther next time if I have to, will never go back to that guy. A gruff a-hole.

At least my truck was ready this time, so it was a little better than last time. The guy at Whiteland, IN still needs to improve his customer service skills in regard to attitude.

We ordered a hand truck and they did not have any available. Instead we paid for an appliance hand truck.

Hours were wrong both and Google and on the U-Haul website delaying the whole moving day. Not the friendlies of folk.

The person working at this location was not helpful at all, nor was he friendly. When I asked him for the 1-800 number, he could not actually give it to me in numbers to call. When I did get in touch with the people at 1-800, they were very helpful. I had my reservation number with me, but he did not have a truck available, nor did he let me know one would be coming back in the next few minutes. I found that out at a direct reservations phone number.

The man at this location does not know what he is doing & had to call someone twice to figure out how to rent the truck, told us it was how I entered it online..? He pays more attention to his dog in the shop then customers. I will not be renting from this location again.

I reserved a truck at a different location and was moved to this location. It was an additional 15 miles out of the way, costing me extra mileage and time. Please send more information on the $50 reservation guarantee policy.

I just think this location needs more employees. The gentleman working was not rude or mean but there was a line to the door and it took me half hour to get the truck because of this. I had 930am reservations and didn't get the truck until a little after 10am. He needs help at that location. He was wonderful considering how hectic it was. Oh! I loved being greeted by Snowball! He was a perfect people greeter! ?

Representative was rude,took for ever to get the truck,couldnt find reservation,truck with less than 2800 miles leaks very bad some of my belongings was damaged, told the rep.he didnt seek to care,never have my a receipt .I should have been refunded some my money. Never renting from u haul again .

When returning the trailer the guy working there was rude. First he said I was causing a traffic jam when I parked off to the side near the exit. Believe me when I say there was plenty of room. He snapped at me as I started to back the trailer saying I was going to hit the gate. I explained to him I was about to straighten it out. I also explained to him that I grew up on a horse farm and have been parking trailers since I was 13 years old. He later apologized, but I am to the point where next time I will drive farther away to get better service. This was AFTER i took a dolly and adapter plug into the office that I found in the trailer and had not needed nor ordered. I have not had issues in the past, but this incident rubbed me the wrong way.

I returned the truck to the cloverdale In store with the appropriate amount of fuel and no dirtier than I got it besides maybe the tires. Check my emails the next day and had $25 “cleanup” charged to my card. Total BS

I rented a trailer only to find out the ramp/gate didn't work. I had to return it and trade in for a new trailer. I returned the trailer a half hour late and was charged for a full 2nd day....took a lot longer than 30 minutes to drive to my storage unit, find out the trailer was broke, drive to uhaul to return/replace trailer, then back to my storage unit. Won't be using Uhaul anytime soon!

I arrived at 8am and my reservation was for 7am I was never told that if I didn't come right at 7 that the equipment would be rented. Initially there was no apology and I was told that someone called me to inform me however, I had no calls that morning. I had to wait 20 minutes for another reservation and had to drive an additional 20mins to get the truck. One of the people apologized but the other was very rude and unbothered. I was told that I would receive a $50 equipment guarantee, even after I had to make the individual explain what that meant, I still have not received it. My final bill is not correct and I plan to call later to rectify. Awful experience!

I was charged for insurance coverage and never requested it. Associate asked me if I wanted to waive coverage and I said yes. Twice.

U-Haul truck had a bad odor in the back. Blood stains appeared to be in the back of the inside U-Haul walls. Attendee let me know of the odor but did not clean the stained walls. Truck functioned as it should have.

The 10 ft uhaul did not have ramps to ease loading. The rental office was not as clean and the staff was not as nice as the other one we have used in the past The man that checked us in was yelling at coustomers that parked where he didnt want them to. He complained constantly about his aches and pains. Even my brother that came with me was uncomfortable in the rental office

First of all when I showed up it was dark and dingy, a very scary place to go into. Then upon receiving my invoice it is not correct in anyway! I will not be using this location ever again.

Cost of $0.99/mile is too high. Perhaps include 25 "free" miles in the rental cost?

I have dealt with many other u haul locations. This one was not a good experience!! I was given a time line mit on truck usage, and charged extra for over mileage, which I find hard to believe in two trips from greenwood to whiteland. The guy was very distracted! We seemed to be imposing on him. He gave us the wrong key. We had to wait til he came back inside, and ended a phone call to get the right one. The other u haul dealers are helpful, and keep my costs down. This is not a good reflection on u haul!
