having pickup and drop-off at convenience stores is a TERRIBLE idea. Nobody there, the clerks are more concerned with dealing with customers buying gas and cigarettes than completing the UHaul deal. The computer reservation system is a JOKE - my reserved spot had NO trucks and I was sent to another location - cost me 45 minutes of the labor I had standing by to load the truck. UHaul should refund part of my price for this delay and loss. Next time I'll be going with another company.gregory` C.

The lady was very rude we was trying to let her understand that I've been using and been using U-Haul's for about a year now I did another location and I always use my cash app card and they always give me a refund and they always put $100 on my card and then if I you only use 83 or whatever $21 or whatever on my card But she had a nasty disposition that cash app cards was below her and the only reason why I went on ahead and did it my daughter had to use her debit card I was trying to explain to her I even showed her that I had over 600 and some dollars on my cash appI even showed her six transactions that I had with U-Haul using my cash app card and she still wouldn't take it but no I will not ever go back to that againLATOYRIE C.
I returned the vehicle using the mobile app because the clerk said he didn't do any UHaul transactions after 6 pm. I took a picture of the fuel on full and the mileage as required. I later received an additional charge of$30.32 saying it was not fully fueled. You have the picture as proof. He would not accept my call to discuss. I was assisted by the manager, who was very nice in helping me with the rental of a pick-up U-haul truck. I was totally disappointed in the smell and odor inside that truck. The flooring was dirty, the windows were extremely dirty and I barely was able to take the vehicle on the road. But because of timing of what I had to do and get it done in a timely manner I went-ahead and rented that truck. Next time I will not be renting from this location if they do not clean and too I will check it out before I give my money to them. The cost was extremely high for the nature of renting this truck. I am waiting on a representative to call me about my finding of this vehicle.GRETA C.

I had to return the van after the 3:00 stop time for the people in the gas station. Trying to return it on the website was terrible. I could not take a picture of the odometer and fuel gage (every security feature on your phone has to be disabled!!!!!) and after trying to unsuccessfully return it, I went inside and the guy inside was not going to help me until I wouldn't leave so he got a young man in the store to quickly do what needed to be done to return the van (these were the same people that were there when I picked up the van). The place was very dirty and I will not go back there for any reason. I will see if Penske has vans is I need to rent something in the future.Francine S.

Uhaul system was down all day and I was unable to check in the truck. The on-site person did not explain or offer to help, just told me to put the keys in the drop box. I spent the next morning on hold for over an hour trying to ensure it was accounted for and properly checked in.Timmy M.
I returned truck after hours. UHaul's self check-in app was not working: told system was down by service rep. I spent over 45 minutes on cellphone on hold trying to connect to uhaul service rep. Service rep was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. She quickly was able to get my equipment checked in and me on my way home.WILLIAMLOUIS D.
