How U-Haul Reviews WorkCheck engine light was on in the cargo van. Attendant was quite rude pointing at the sign for no parking and barking through instructions. This is NC, a welcoming, friendly place—treat your customers with politeness please.
Joan HBoth customer service representatives were knowledgeable, easily accessible, courteous, kind, and professional. Thank you.
Alison CI went a total of 12 miles yet they charged me for 5 gallons of gas. I know it doesn’t take 5 gallons of gas to cover 12 miles. I may not be using this location again. I would have given an excellent review if it had not been for this.
charles cGreat to work with and very understanding
